I was eating at a pizzeria, the lights shut off everything was cold and i had felt a shiver down my spine, i search around looking for people, no people only a security office with two doors, i obviously go in and to my suprise i had found a nice tablet on the table, its... a security camera? I look at the camera's navigation, searching the kitchen the bathroom then finally... i saw it... it was staring in the cam.... it whispers to the mic"have you been doing your cardio pal" i immediately throw the tablet and shut the left door as fast as i can, no use sam deadlifts the heavy door then overhead presses it grunting loudly veins bulging from his red face, he starts chasing me i run as fast as i can but had forgotten to do my cardio, he caught me and now im doing cardio 3 times a day.... never again sam.

Been really pushing the extra reps instead of just quitting when it starts to get difficult because of your videos Sam. You come into my head when I want to drop the weight and I HAVE to do atleast another 2 reps. often to failure.
I’m literally only listening to Sam, 1 hour or 2 hours car talks on UA-cam doing my gym workouts 😂 and i love it! Hahaha

Sam, is being surrounded by all the most competitive guys, make you feel confident you are ready or make you think man I really got to lock in harder.
When I started lifting I actually went straight into counting everything with my weighing scale and MFP. It was easy as I was eating the same meals for the first few weeks, about 150g of rice, 200-250g of whatever lean protein, and then whatever low sugar condiments I wanted. Because of this uniformality, I got accustomed to it and after a while when I started preparing different dishes, I was already used to the practise.
Sam, I haven't watched in about 6 months but wow dude you have gotten massive!! You might not see it like I do because you look at yourself everyday but the difference in just 6 months is outstanding brother!

Watching the vids in Vegas for the O has been motivating. Decided to push and pull some heavy weights. Been doing my cardio for two weeks 5 days a week. Saw Lou at an LA event. All the guys were HUGE.

I started a deficit 2 weeks ago after about a year and half on bulking, i still weight 185 so no need to go crazy, just to feel better, people at my job already started noticing the difference, and i use a baggy fire resistent suite, feels great seeing the hard work paying off

I think if you only got basic stuff and it HURTS not muscle but joints tendons ligaments or causes knee or back problems, it could be form. But for me hitting legs is hard cause of super bad knee growing pain. So sometimes not having specific machines does “break” the workout
