nice mod install video. build not so much.
I like the idea of taking everything apart and reassemble it, peace of mind when it comes to correct lubrication, but I wouldn't had taken the hydraulic brakes apart if I wasn't replacing them with some better, IMO
Add 30 seconds more in your video at least to stare that finished bike bro

As a guy with a T8 myself, it's fun to watch one get put together from scratch. I've done quite a bit to mine so far as well.
