I'm liking these type of videos, plus you get to see how they perform on the trails. Polygon is definitely building some nice full suspension bikes. Cant wait to see this bike on the trail.
Epic bike content! The video editing and the air surely made it so much more intriguing and authentic. Wish we had a chance to ride your bike some time 🥰
Threaded BB is definitely a keeper. Curious about those brakepads though. Often such things can work ok in the beginning, and shortly after they sound and function like the rest. Don't really want to cough up premium money for a set of pads unless I really know they deliver.
New to the sport, just got into it less than a year ago - LOVE watching your videos, and one of your videos inspired me to get my first bike - Kona Lava Dome 29er. I made a few upgrades - Trans X dropper, converted to tubeless, carbon handlebars, upgraded stem. I wanted to change out the suntour 100mm spring fork with a little more travel out of the next work like 120mm - Thoughts on this? I know on your channel you had stated to stick with a travel that the frame came with but I didnt know if that was for extreme cases like going from 100mm to 140mm, or more. Also the bike comes with a microshift advent drivetrain, do you think going with Shimano Deor groupset is worth it?
Love hearing that! Sounds like you’ve done quite a bit to the bike! Going up 20mm should be alright. You might wanna shoot Kona an email about it if you’re concerned with frame warranty. And Deore is cheap, strong and reliable. I run it on my 8k e-bike.
Sweet build, and got it down to 31lbs. I’ve got a T8, and loving it so far. I want to get my T8 down to that weight. Upgraded cranks to SLX, grips, pedals, and bars. I’ll upgrade my rims soon and should help with shedding some weight. Will eventually shed the Tecktro brakes to XT 2 piston next year. They work right now, why spend $$ right now. Still rocking the T8? What upgrades did you do?
is it required in every dream build video to make the mechanic move slower than normal? Ang have to rotate the part before puting it? Plus BG music in all dream builds................. 😂... but great video!
Hmmm i might be wrong, but i think i see someone inspired gee milner and his dream bike build video here, plus just like his philosophy, you are definitely not shy when it come to LUBING parts lol.
Yo, i'm looking for your size, i'm 1.80cm, i'm wandering what size is better for me ? When i see you with bike at the end of the video it makes me doubt in my choice. First i think i need a L but M is probably better, what do you think ? Thank you
Lets not forget the setting up and editing when it comes to these kind of videos. I appreciate the work.
Thanks homie!🤜🏼🤛🏼
Inspirational sound ❤

Hey mate do you have a parts list of all the upgrades?

I'm digging these build videos. How's that 40 pound monster treating you?
It’s so good! Been shooting a bunch of riding videos with it last week end.🤘🏻oh and it’s down to 33lbs with the new components.👌🏻
@@TopToBottomMTB 33 is a lb lighter than my bike. Good work! Can't wait to see the new ride vids.
Incoming!🤘🏻
Yes 🤘

Lol! Bang on! Build videos are so therapeutic… and lube is a must for a good running new bike!🫶🏻
One tub of grease for every built eh?
Sound about right lol 😁
Nice video btw!
First vid I've ever seen of yours, you are meticulous as fuk bro. It's epic. Nice bike too, but that mindfulness is next level.
My dream bycycle....
Bro what tire levers are those? Great vid!
Thanks homie! It’s the CushCore tire lever.💪🏻
That and the third hand makes it super easy to install.
What happened to the T8 you just got?
Still have it! Great trail bike!👍🏻
@@TopToBottomMTB that new n9 is tempting me on selling my 2021 N9 for that new one
@@brandon-kg2vd rode it today and it was sick! Smooth and fast!🤘🏻
Weight?
Got it down to 33lbs.
What were those brake pads😂?
Absolute Black graphed pads! They bite like metal and they’re quiet like resin. And the fins keep them cool!🤘🏻
@@TopToBottomMTB fair enough, btw the video was absolutely great! I subscribed!☺️

Yeah we’re right in the middle… I’m 5’9” (175cm) and I ride the medium. I think it’s perfect! I have short legs though…
@@TopToBottomMTB i have short legs too, i'm going to Médium, thank you for the answer 👍
Beautiful bike
Valor
I love the builds bud but the music is killing me… nothing against you but I can’t follow the builds and stay awake. MTB is a sport not an art show
WISH YOU HAD A PARTS LIST!?
The lighting, the deliberate slow movements. Absolute bike porn!! I'm watching this with my mouth hanging open and the wife is like "You good bro?" 😂
