It annoyed me to no end how in Sonic Adventure, whenever Eggman did anything (in particular stealing the Emeralds) everyone just stood there like dumbasses. Do something, for crying out loud!
That's kinda a problem with all of SA1's cutscenes, they're all very static. Cutscene choreography is one of the few things I prefer about SA2 when compared to SA1.

And the walking animations sometimes... Eggman was practically running in place and Knuckles just watched him get in the elevator
