I lined it with baking paper but my pans are non stick too so that Helps :)

Looks good, you should have cut it let's see the cut looks, I noticed that the colour of the browning got darker with baking

The only fault i find with this is it should be a little bit more dark...
You blend the fruits .This is black cake not fruit cake.
This recipe was not for me. Didn’t like the units of measurement used.
