Sir my home in only simple bench and so i want use this for chest workout
I don't have this issue with a barbell bench. With incline dumbbell bench i notice my shoulders are popping/clicking. it isn't painful though
any tips? or alternative exercises for upper chest?

incline push ups, decline push ups (both can be done using a chair or sofa etc), regular push ups. with dumbbells you can do chest fly's lying on the floor, which is safer than doing them on a bench anyway cos you can pop your shoulders out.
What about rest between a rep and other?

I feel push ups more in my chest while benching goes more on my delts. What should I do?
Drop the weight a bit so you can focus flexing the crap out of your pecs when you lift
Make sure your bringing the bar down enough to stretch the pecs
If you have long ass arms you don't need to bring the bar to your chest
If your elbows come down too far you can hurt your elbow joints
Elbows down to mid torso will suffice
Get that form down after a few chest days then build your weight back up

Don't do the single dumbell press, its extremely dangerous, plus it hits your triceps more than it does your chest, close grip presses are mostly fore triceps, instead just do regular dumbell chest press
The no-grip single DUMBELL chest press is insanely dangerous! Don't do it, and please don't teach it. 💀⚡🏋️♀️.
It takes just a small mistake, a slip-up, to drop this massive weight on your FACE or chest.
