Foraging for Mushrooms and Seafood

Today I am out and about with Craig Worrall from Edible Leeds. He is a professional forager from the UK and has come to help myself and some friends forage for local seafoods and mushrooms.
We have had a wonderful day tasting seaweeds, learning about limpets, identifying mushrooms and finally, enjoying a feast that Craig had prepared from the wild harvest. So much abundance on our doorstep that we hadn't seen before. Craig was SO inspiring, had so much information to impart and enthused us so much to get out and forage for ourselves. We had an amazing day and it just proved to me again, that Mother Nature provides us with an abundance of everything we could ever need.
