      hey you know a lot of this things, lets make this clear. i want to upload my videos on youtube, and my videos file are 14gb, and i was compressed it with "handbrake" to be 950mb, because my internet speed doesn't that fast for uploading on youtube. so i downscale it , but not losing the quality either. and then when i upload it on youtube successfuly , the quality on 1080p60 looks like 480 (watching on pc) but when i tried watch on mobilephone , the quality looks amazing? how the heck this is even possible? can you solve my problem please??
      when i check the video's bitrate is "3500" from "37000" its down significant. please help me

      @@kevinchristian3978 other than when you play back the footage on your computer it is playing back a 480p and you have to change the settings in play back I'm not sure. Also keep in mind that you are viewing your video on a smaller screen on your cell phone so the quality will always look better if the footage is more pixelated on a bigger screen such as your computer.

      @@JavierMercedes what do you meant about play back.?? i don't get it?? my original video before exporting from adobe premier was 10gb file (1080p60) and the bitrate was 38.000. when i tried to compress it become 950mb file and 3500bitrate, i succeed upload it on youtube but the with the quality 720 and 1080p60 (both of them looks like 480) i think because the bitrate its too low ?? should i upgrade my internet speed connection?? because i am only have 10mbps download speed and about 2mbps upload..?????

      @@kevinchristian3978 Playback, as in youtube automatically calibrates the playback quality for you depending on your internet connection. When playing back a video on the gear icon you can change the quality from 480 to 1080p but it might not playback fast because of internet connection. I hope that helps man

      @@JavierMercedes no bro, thats not the main problem. the problem is, my internet connection doesn't that fast and then i am trying to compress it. when i trying to figure it out, i get it on my mind about "bitrate" because bitrate really important for quality on youtube, because when you upload video in youtube, youtube has compress system by themself(if i not mistaken)... what do you think about this?? i am trying to compress because its took my whole life for uploading on youtube with my high file video, but when i tried to compress the quality so bad bro...i hope you can understand what i am talking about :(

    Holy.... you are 100% correct. This is amazing. I can't believe that there is almost no visual changes in the video... I just dropped from 720 to 76 mb's on a video... incredible. Thank you so much!!

    • @JavierMercedes
      @JavierMercedes  5 років тому +1

      Glad I could help Paul! I think people can get caught up in pixel analyzing that 99% of people won’t notice or care. Don’t get me wrong that sometimes all of those bits are necessary at times but in most circumstances especially in online videos compression is your friend.

    • @PaulUrmston
      @PaulUrmston 5 років тому

      Yeah. I had a 2 minute video at 700mb.. crazy. Worse. I then used to take that video, throw it into Premier Pro, and repeat the video X times until it was 90 minutes long. Export time roughly 7-8hours and movie weighing in around 7gigs

    • @PaulUrmston
      @PaulUrmston 5 років тому

      @@JavierMercedes Hey, actually could I ask your opinion on that. I now have a video 2mins long at 70mb (again, a LOT less than they were before thanks for that)... I now want the video to repeat and repeat for a total of 90 minutes. Which way would you go about this? The end result is to have one mp4 file, hopefully not so heavy, to be shown on a tv that is 90 minutes long... all from repeating the same video over and over again that is 2 mins long. Premier Pro??

    • @JavierMercedes
      @JavierMercedes  5 років тому

      Take the higher rez video and repeat it your desired amount and then export that longer video at the lower bit rate

    • @PaulUrmston
      @PaulUrmston 5 років тому

      @@JavierMercedes Ok, now I am confused as hell about this. Your trick worked on all the other videos I have.... except two. These two videos are actually 2 minutes long (the rest of the videos I did with the trick you shared are 1:45) All those exported in about 4-5 mins .. .the 2 minute videos... need 80 minutes to export. Same settings, same everything... really don't get it

    @jayphillips1603 5 років тому

    Wow, just go straight to the point in the begin of the video and then you pulled back and explain. I like that. It kept me interested. Nice Method. Normally when guys give a long intro it is kinda boring and I either skip through the video or move on to another video. The title already sums up what the video is about anyway. You did a great job on explaining and holding interest.

  • @EdwinvandenAkker

    Awesome!
    When I export a timeline with my selected and trimmed clips is adding chapter markers.
    When another editor adds the exported clip into a Premiere project, those markers show up in the clip. This makes it easier to jump to the different scenes or clips when browsing through his "raw" footage.
    Pro tip: add a keyboard shortcut for adding a chapter marker. The editor will be eternally thankful for your little effort. It streamlines the workflow.

    Thank you! I needed a way to save a draft fast and it didn't have to be great quality. Also great for sharing online as it sends super fast and makes the file size suitable for size caps! :)
