Update: The Eight Sleep Pod 4 is now available too. Three key improvements that stand out for me are that it's quieter, it can reach cooler temperatures, and there are tap controls on the side. It is more expensive than the Pod 3 though, which is still available. You can find out more and compare both models here on the Eight Sleep website: eight-sleep.ioym.net/3JJojv
Thanks for making your channel - came to watch the A20 sleep buds, watched a bit of the Loops and now this. I'm sure I will watch more. Clearly honest and real reviews - I liked that you referenced not wanting to turn a phone on to adjust temperature in the night because of the light in your face. Recently I am trying to have phone turned off and downstairs each night. I have in the last few months found the Philips Smartsleep lamp great for sunsets and sunrise routines in the morning (especially as I try to blackout the room as much as possible) I'd be interested to explore the equivalent using temperature having seen this
You're welcome - thank you too for watching more than one of my videos! I'm very happy that you see them as honest and real, which is what I try my best to do. Well done for managing to keep the phone out of the bedroom. It's not an easy thing to do for many people. Those lights are really good, especially in the winter. Timing it exactly with cooling and warming is a smart idea - I hadn't really thought of working out how to best combine the two, but now you've put the idea in my head!
Appreciate the very deep dives you have done on products. All these subscriptions is gonna be the end of us. Cooling and heating for my bed would be extremely useful for me.
Hi! Nice to hear from you again, and thanks for continuing to watch and comment on my videos. It's always good to hear back from people:-) I know, the subscription thing seems to be everywhere these days. I kept my commentary on it to what I thought was a reasonable length in the video, but could have carried on as it's something I think about a lot. I still can't decide what to do about the latest 'pay to remove adverts' concept in the video service I already subscribed to... But at the same time, as you say, heating and cooling is very useful, so it's a tricky one.

I'm so glad I subscribed to your channel, I otherwise would have had no idea this kind of product existed.
Thanks for subscribing - I'm glad it was worthwhile😊
