  • Inner thighs rub against each other and have hips that jut out of the body? Here’s a simple exercise for you to do.
    Just 5 reps a day and about 3 months later, you are walking, feeling, looking better.
    Use it or lose it, is the principle our muscles work by. Just a little work for them everyday and they are happy to stay firmly in place.

    Rutuja Ma'am.. I have been following since I was in my early 20's ... And now I'm in my early 30's... And please I want to make some helpful videos on Diastasis Recti... Which I think most Indian women are unaware about.. and live with that hanging belly all their life. I'm one of them. Please make some videos on that. It will mean a great world to all the mom's with DR.

    Ma'am I have sever back spasm, but no pain, doctor suggested me for physiotherapy, which didn't help, will Downward-Facing Dog with wall rope ...or aerial yoga classes help in my condition..? Thanks n Regards

    Mam, in your book you recommend whey protein powder for a gym going person who does strength training exercises. Recently ICMR guidelines suggest to avoid protein supplements. What is your opinion? Can you pls reply or make short video addressing this concern? Thank you in advance

    If you do not have a yoga block or can’t do it with a brick, take a 1 kg of ezee liquid detergent both filled with liquid. It would provide you with almost the same weight and with a better curved shape for support. Utkat asana (chair pose) with a variation.
