Thank you for this! I had played part of the N64 version, but I had never played the 3ds version. I saw Nerrel's video and thought "Omg, these changes are horrible!" Now I realize that maybe this is the version to play. Standing around and waiting to complete stuff for the masks might actually be a main reason why I never beat Majora. That and aiming. I don't think that making boss battles easier matters much, since this game was not about the bosses... it was about the people. Also, I'm worried about extra hints given for the notebook... but I could just ignore those. So, I might give the 3D version a shot! Thanks again for the video!
Love the vid! MM3D gets too much hate. I love it just as much as the original. Saying it got rid of the uniqueness and charm of the original (which is something I've heard unironically) is such a crazy stretch to saturn it's unreal.
I get where you are coming from and obviously not every change was a bad change. Nerrel even said that in his review. but the remake just butchered too much of the original for me to prefer it.
Nerrel did say that, but immediately after that he tries to spin those changes off as negative. If you think the remake changed too much then that’s fair. I just think the remake is more fun to play.

I feel like nerrel is explaining why its a bad remake, but not a bad game
I know, I’m just explaining why I think he’s wrong
@@thegreat.jpg1 I think the N64 version is the definitive version, at least to me, but the remake is still art
Ok, fair enough, if the n64 version is the definitive version for you, more power to you
project restoration. thats the best way to play mm. remake was good, but bad in some areas, project restoration fixed this.

One criticism: you kind of ignored the bosses
I probably should have mentioned the bosses, cause i dont really like them in either version.
