- The first time I had Crispy Crab Wontons from The Cheesecake Factory, I felt like I had been cheated my entire life because none of the wontons I’d had before, were up to par. They were all cream cheese, no crab, no flavor. Then I had theirs, and life suddenly went from black and white to full technicolor. To put it gently, they were good as fuck. I would crave them non-stop, and I finally built up the nerve to ask for the recipe. I couldn’t believe it, but they gave it to me. I’m sure they left a few things out (smart), but knowing my keen sense of flavor, it was nothing for me to figure out what else needed to be chucked into these to make them all kinds of sexy. I really hope you enjoy these as much as I do, because they are pure crack.

Why didn't you mix up everything except the crab meat and fold it into the mixture to keep your crab meat lumps nice and big.

+Anthony Hayes it doesn't have to be cooked but it's designed to be. there's cheese in there that needs to melt but i mean, you could just leave that out.
