Building a model Br mk1 coach in Gauge 3 Part1

How to assemble one of the Kippo models resin coach kits. Part 1 consists of building a jig, fitting the metal bars and partitions. Then assembling the side panels. Please note that there are some updates to this kit. Due to some improved molding techniques, the partitions no longer need sanding to required height!
The problem with some side panels not quite matching has also been solved, so that part can be ignored! The part 2 of fitting the roof has not been done due to it now having a one piece roof, so doesnt require assembly.

This kit has had a few improvments since this video was made, the partitions no longer need sanded to adjust height, and the problem with mismatched sides has now been sorted in the moding process, this was happening when the long stretchy molds were being moved , so now i dont move the molds while they are setting, part 2 will be coming shortly, showing roof assembly, which is now easy due to the new one piece roof section, which was completed a few weeks ago, and has had several moldings done and tested in the sun for warping- which they have passed the test!

109.5 mm for a hand built model toy lets call it 110 mm i dont think most builders can get to machine tolerance

Part 2 is to do the roof, however--I am completely changing the way the roof is molded and constructed, so once I have done that, there will be a video on that, im very close to finishing it, the prototype roof has been done, i just need to make a few adjustments to the mold
