Accurate info is very important to me so quick correction at around 1:10*
Although there have been years in past where inventory increased through Q3 -Q4, it is not a consistent pattern.
Inventory increased substantially throughout Q3-Q4 last year which was where my mind was at when I made said statement.
I still expect it to increase as we go along for the rest of the year, but what’s your prediction?
Can you make a video regarding lakefront homes and the differences between all the lakes in orlando?

Good video Romario. Funny wrap up regarding the "crash bros." I see those videos all over the place forecasting doom and gloom, but they fail to take into account regional demand, such as a market like Orlando. Keep up the good work, and hope that golf game is coming along.

@@user-sy9tf3oy9q yup, bought new construction in Groveland. Only a 90k mortgage, thanks to appreciation in the home we're selling. And the model we bought (on and oversized lot, backing up to a preserve) is going for 50-100k more in places just down the road, like Clermont, so we feel like it's a really nice deal all around. We're in for the long haul anyway, so we're not too caught up in the drama of home price fluctuations and speculation.
