She does make an appearance in the Clone Wars animated mini-series and is also the main character in Jedi Starfighter. Of course, all that doesn't matter since it's considered "non-canon."
The Bounty Hunter named Cad Bane is based on Lee Van Cleef's character in The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Cad Bane's droid is voiced by Seth Green, who's also in the Austin Powers trilogy and Family Guy. Boba Fett is voiced by Daniel Logan, the same actor who portrayed him in Attack of the Clones. The leader of Death Watch, Pre Vizla, is voiced by Jon Favrau, the showrunner of The Mandalorian series
Apparently the food Anakin brings in Senate Spy is labelled “warm food” on the side and “sushi” on top. I guess he got the teriyaki chicken. They’re only clones on a genetic level, not mental. They didn’t get all of Jango’s memories downloaded into their brains, they were allowed to develop as individuals. Boba would be around 11. So the cadets are probably around 5-5 1/2. “I’ll never forgive you./You’re going to have to.” Katara has entered the chat.
The thing with Grievous is that he is always coming up with great plans and strategies but they often get hindered by those under his command This is by design too, Sidius needed Grievous to be a threat to create fearmongering among Republic citizens but he didn't actually want the Separatists to win the war
It's kinda a bummer we don't really get to see much of how smart he actually is, and that his eternal bad mood and dislike of the battle droids is actually somewhat warranted. Wasn't he a very high profile and successful warlord among his species before the injury that made him a cyborg or something along those lines? He hates that his good plans always have a wrench thrown into them last second, screwing him over. He probably hates working for Dooku too, but I imagine he's trapped somehow, like Dooku is the one who funds his expensive cyborg parts or something
@@j0hn00 Its not just the droids The invasion of Kamino for instance: his plan to infiltrate the assault craft past the planetary blockade was genious, he led his forces shoulder to shoulder inside the cloning facilities and managed to hinder clone production for the remainder for the war thus allowing the droid army to outnumber the clones 100 to 1 even after the destruction of the Geonosis foundries The last objective was to escape with the Jango Fett DNA which fell on Ventress' shoulders, Grievous complimented her skills and offered her a droid escort, she in turn decided to insult him and out of pure arogance rejected his offer. What ended up happening was that she got outnumbered by the clones and thus lost the DNA, and even then Grievous went on and saved her ass from being executed
The reason clones have different personalities is because of 2 reasons 1: just like say, identical twins, they are born the same but it’s their individual experiences that create their personality. Same with the clones 2: the Jango Fett DNA slowly deteriorated over time. Therefore they had to fill in the .1 percent with other DNA making it so some clones had different traits over time. Such as balding, different hair colors, etc
As I've said repeatedly, I was 9 when A New Hope was in theatres, but was never a fan. Sure, I liked the films alright, but they didn't have the impact on me that they did on others around me. It wasn't until I watched the Clone Wars series, all of the stories surrounding the clones, that I finally became a fan. I'm so glad you're getting into the series.
24:23 the voice actor is Tom Kane. He also does the voice of Admiral Yularen (the admiral with Anakin) and also voices Yoda in this. He has done a lot of other voice acting roles in other shows and movies and was even the announcer for a couple of the Academy Awards. Unfortunately back in 2020 he suffered a stroke and while he luckily did survive, it significantly weakened the right side of his body and damaged his speaking, writing, and reading abilities and thus he had to retire from acting.
Just to comment about the clones’ personality. Its kind of like how kids end up being similar to their parents. When the clones leave kamino, their basically blank slates, they look up to and are mentored by their jedi generals. Think about it, Rex is like Anakin; he’s willing to improvise and think outside the box. Cody is like Obi Wan; he’s more by the book.
Yes exactly! This was actually explained by Dave during the clone wars movie commentary. Yes I watched the full commentary on DVD😂. He also explained that him and George gave rex two pistols because they wanted certain clones to emulate jango fett more then others. To show that he got stronger genes from him. They called it “going jango”. But yes they purposefully made rex to have a similar personality to anakin and Cody was like obi wan.
@@shannak657I feel it also becomes telling of how they end up in the end. Cody is very willing to follow the rules and turn on Obi, even though he has respect and a certain bond with Obi, he could prioritize his mission over feelings. Rex is always willing to be creative and bend rules for the greater good, and he values loyalty and relationships very highly. When he is ordered to turn on Ahsoka, he is able to fight it to an extent, sure because he already had an idea that there was a conspiracy, but also I feel he cared so strongly and was fighting his programming on top of the orders to protect her because he prioritized her over orders
42:05 The Zillo beast is Force sensitive. At that moment, it sensed that Palpatine was a Sith Lord, something that not even the most powerful Jedi could feel.
The episode where Rex meets the Clone farmer is actually very deep and thought-provoking because like he said we look alike but we're individuals that means they have their own thoughts their own feelings their own beliefs their own everything it doesn't matter how they look inside they are their own unique individual person
1:35:00 the reason Grievous has different colored lightsabers isn’t by choice. Grievous is a Jedi killer every Jedi he kills he keeps their saber as a trophy. Honestly him plans always failing isn’t so much his fault. Grievous was a pawn of sidious who just needed him to fearmonger to gain power in the republic he never wanted Grievous or the separatists to win. Sidious was basically playing chess with himself controlling both sides He is so much more badass in the 2003 genndy tartakovsky clone wars
Alex: There's no way Clone Wars is going to be out here killing off Obi-Wan's love interest Those Who've been paying attention: ARE YOU SURE ABOUT THAT????
This is exactly what I needed after these past couple of days. Especially after yesterday, my step father got into a bad car wreck (he’s recovering and should be able to head home in a couple days as he wasn’t too badly injured). But these reactions especially to one of, if not my favorite tv show of all time really puts a smile on my face.
Fun fact, the voice of Toto (the techno Service droid) is actually Seth Green. Yes Scott Evil from Austin Powers trilogy, Mitch from That 70s show etc.
2:03:55 loved your face for this lightsaber!! That’s probably the face we all made the first time we ever saw one when we were kids no matter who you are!
Cad Bane FTW. Kaminoan clone tech makes babies that are then grown naturally (at 2x speed) and trained "normally" making each one an individual. The other Clone technology, Spaarti Cylinders is the one that makes adult bodies that they Flash-program the brains of. They have a personality base template, But become more individual over time.
I was worried for months that you dropped the series, I'm so glad we got a full season in one video! Thank you so much! Love this show and your reaction to it!
1:36:19 noted editor. Alex every single lightsaber Grevious has and uses is from a Jedi he has defeated (and usually killed) and he possesses even more than he has arms to use. It's more impressive to me that he always ends up using an equal number of each color.

I get why Satine might annoy you, but the entire thing is far more... complicated than you'd think. So basically Mandalorians used to be a race as far as I know, but later on turned to become "just" a culture (similar to the Sith). So any race could be a Mandalorian if they are adopted into a clan. Years ago their people were split into 3 factions: New Mandalorians: Satines faction. The New Mandalorians basically want peace, no matter when, no matter the circumstances. Seeing as Mandalorians suffered for years under their own culture however and then again during the Civil War makes it kinda understandable. They however, also want their entire traditions gone and place little to no worth on it. Between joining terrorists and being told: "Don't speak our language, don't fight for anything and stop thinking about your honor", it is no wonder why so many joined Death Watch. The faction is a little "extreme". True Mandalorians: As their name implies, true to their traditions, yet more interested in honorable combat instead of conquering and mindless slaughter. They were led by a Mand'alor, Jaster Mereel, before he died due to being betrayed. Afterwards his adopted son, Jango Fett (yes, that Jango Fett) took over as Mand'alor and led his faction for the rest of the Civil War. The True Mandalorians were pretty much the middle way and it seemed as if they would win, but sadly, some Jedi, including Master Dooku, were mislead and lied to and pretty much slaughtered them. Dookus anger over being used like that would later play a big role in him becoming Darth Tyrannus. Death Watch: Led by Tor Vizsla, the daddy of the now leader of Death Watch. They wanted what they still want later on: War and battles, killing anyone who stands in their way. It was thought they didn't exist anymore, but secretly Pre Vizsla kept them going. They are also quite numerous, because everyone who wants to be anything remotely close to mandalorian traditions can only join them. If the True Mandalorians were still around it would be a totally different story. Sometime after the Civil War, the New Mandalorians took over, Death Watch was banished and disbanded and what little remained of the True Mandalorians went their separate ways. So yeah, Satine is probably demanding change a little too forcefully and a little too fast😅😂 Ps: All years old Legends knowledge, could be false by now.
Aurra Sing made her first appearance in Episode 1. She has a brief cameo during the podrace scene as a spectator. You must understand she was there as a setup for the next movie. To build up hype for Attack of the Clones, she was featured in her own comic series, and plenty of games. She was a jedi padawan before she became a bounty hunter. She became a fast fan favorite. Originally she was the assassin working with Jango Fett to kill Padame. But then, George realized that he was bout to kill her unceremoniously, a term called "Getting Boba Fetted" he relented and switched the character with Zam Wesell.
Now this is pure entertainment. Thank you so much for dropping this video. I’m going to bask in joy while watching it. Please continue ur Star Wars journey. U won’t be disappointed

Like the guy took down 6 jedi at the same time. The guy turned the war to the seperatist side countless times. They dont show because george wanted him to be a mustache twerling villain.
1:56:13 In this episode (12) Pre Vizsla is voiced by Jon Favreau, who also plays Harold "Happy" Hogan in the Iron Man and (MCU) Spider-Man movies, he also ends up voicing Paz Vizsla, a descendent of Pre Vizsla in The Mandalorian series for I think season 1 and 2 because they hadn't found an actor so Favreau did the pre-recording for the show as the character and he just kinda stuck for a while. He also directed Iron Man 1 & 2, along with being the writer and frequent director of The Mandalorian.

Well Anakin was always the one never letting go of his attachments. Edit: In reference to the episode where Luminara almost let go completely of Barris but Anakin would never let go of Ahsoka. Where Alex was sort of surprised that Anakin had "changed" since he thought he did not trust Ahsoka.
@@jelanispencer584 Yeah, he's relatable. I was just saying that because I was watching the episode when Luminara (almost) let go of her padawan while Anakin would never.
One of the best villains in all of Star Wars
Apparently the food Anakin brings in Senate Spy is labelled “warm food” on the side and “sushi” on top. I guess he got the teriyaki chicken.
They’re only clones on a genetic level, not mental. They didn’t get all of Jango’s memories downloaded into their brains, they were allowed to develop as individuals.
Boba would be around 11. So the cadets are probably around 5-5 1/2.
“I’ll never forgive you./You’re going to have to.” Katara has entered the chat.
The thing with Grievous is that he is always coming up with great plans and strategies but they often get hindered by those under his command
This is by design too, Sidius needed Grievous to be a threat to create fearmongering among Republic citizens but he didn't actually want the Separatists to win the war
@@j0hn00 Its not just the droids
The invasion of Kamino for instance: his plan to infiltrate the assault craft past the planetary blockade was genious, he led his forces shoulder to shoulder inside the cloning facilities and managed to hinder clone production for the remainder for the war thus allowing the droid army to outnumber the clones 100 to 1 even after the destruction of the Geonosis foundries
The last objective was to escape with the Jango Fett DNA which fell on Ventress' shoulders, Grievous complimented her skills and offered her a droid escort, she in turn decided to insult him and out of pure arogance rejected his offer. What ended up happening was that she got outnumbered by the clones and thus lost the DNA, and even then Grievous went on and saved her ass from being executed
@@j0hn00 I look forward to the "Tales Of The" for Grievous, if they do one and keep his backstory. It's immensely tragic, really.
The reason clones have different personalities is because of 2 reasons
1: just like say, identical twins, they are born the same but it’s their individual experiences that create their personality. Same with the clones
2: the Jango Fett DNA slowly deteriorated over time. Therefore they had to fill in the .1 percent with other DNA making it so some clones had different traits over time. Such as balding, different hair colors, etc
Point 2 is very interesting and is it canon because I've never heard of this before? What's your sauce?
@@LEGOTIME-ku6ib I believe it is mentioned in clone wars itself in one of the kamino episodes that the Jango dna is degrading
"Cause R2 follows commands" caught me off guard and made me literally laugh out loud. Glad to have you back!
15:55 why did I actually want to hear this? I swear this man has given me a thought that I can never let go of
1:18:45 I love how Rex, Cody and the rest of the clones couldn't wait to get in that hole fast enough. For a second I thought you sped up the footage.
That's fucking insane my g, you don't hear many fans not liking it until clone wars when they were kids during the originals. Pretty cool tbh
“For that boy, there is nothing I would not do.”
For anyone wondering where season 3 is: it’s on patreon full episodes and everything, including season 4 and 5 and he’s just starting season 6
Thank u
Hearing Greg Baldwin using his Iroh voice was something I completely forgot was in Clone Wars and was a joy to hear again.
Sorry when is this?
Well, there you go, Rango and Godzilla, the next two movies you need to check out!
42:05 The Zillo beast is Force sensitive. At that moment, it sensed that Palpatine was a Sith Lord, something that not even the most powerful Jedi could feel.
??? What surely not right
@@ARCtrooper_bliz525 it is right. It could feel what Palpatine really was, as well as his power. That's why it tried to destroy Darth Sidious.
@@aaron_spoerrithis is unconfirmed. Filoni was joking when he mentioned this possibility.
Need more comments from the editor. The sarcasm compliments Alex's off the wall statements. Very funny. Good team.
The episode where Rex meets the Clone farmer is actually very deep and thought-provoking because like he said we look alike but we're individuals that means they have their own thoughts their own feelings their own beliefs their own everything it doesn't matter how they look inside they are their own unique individual person
They are humans just made of the same dna but they are not animals they are still genetically literal humans
Sidious was basically playing chess with himself controlling both sides
He is so much more badass in the 2003 genndy tartakovsky clone wars

Alex: There's no way Clone Wars is going to be out here killing off Obi-Wan's love interest
Those Who've been paying attention: ARE YOU SURE ABOUT THAT????
This is exactly what I needed after these past couple of days. Especially after yesterday, my step father got into a bad car wreck (he’s recovering and should be able to head home in a couple days as he wasn’t too badly injured). But these reactions especially to one of, if not my favorite tv show of all time really puts a smile on my face.
The entire season one sitting??? That's a bold strategy cotton, let's see how it works out for them
Fun fact, the voice of Toto (the techno Service droid) is actually Seth Green. Yes Scott Evil from Austin Powers trilogy, Mitch from That 70s show etc.
Chris Griffin from Family Guy
OP The fact you didn’t even mention Chris Griffin is wild
Yes! The Clone Wars is finally back hallelujah!!!!!! 😃😃
fun fact: Aurra Sing - the "latina" bounty hunter - is a Jedi dropout. She still has some of her Force sensitivity to aid her skills.

It's funny how later on in the Bad Batch, Su is also a badass and um, wears more clothes.

Years ago their people were split into 3 factions:
New Mandalorians: Satines faction.
So yeah, Satine is probably demanding change a little too forcefully and a little too fast😅😂
Ps: All years old Legends knowledge, could be false by now.
Make a video at this point a lore breakdown 💀
I just realized goldfish head in season 2 episode 17 is the same voice actor as Iroh in Avatar (the second voice actor in season 3, of course)
YESSSS MORE CLONE WARS. I’m gonna make burgers and watch this whole thing
White light sabre? Check
Black light sabre?? Check
Please do the rest of the show like this: watch a series at a time, this was so entertaining
Just wait till Alex finds out about Korkie…
The reason grievous has different color lightsabers is because all the lightsabers he has are taken from Jedi he’s killed every single one of them

1:14:43 s2 ep 6 you really misunderstood ani this ep lol its not that he didn't trust Ahsoka its that he didn't want to put her life in danger and lose her. He's totally fine with her being reckless, but only when he is personally nearby to watch over her. His whole story arc is turning to the darkside because he is afraid to lose the ones he loved the same way he lost his mom :(
Hey Alex. Grievous is sort of a dissapointment in Clone Wars and Revenge of the Sith because of how much they nerfed him. I recommend that you watch the original Star Wars the Clone wars micro series from 2003. Thats where you see the original Grievous and damn he was terrifying there.
Like the guy took down 6 jedi at the same time. The guy turned the war to the seperatist side countless times. They dont show because george wanted him to be a mustache twerling villain.
Of all the Clones, Cut Lawquane is one of the most well-adjusted.

Yeah. Rip Mako!!

As always
Maybe that’s the reason why we all love him for that
@@jelanispencer584 Yeah, he's relatable.
I was just saying that because I was watching the episode when Luminara (almost) let go of her padawan while Anakin would never. Alex seemed almost a little confused because he said Anakin wouldn't trust Ahsoka before and now it's all changed, whereas it didn't really change.
@@UntitledtotheGrave hey sorry I took so long to reply umm yeah that part when he said that’s kind of confused me tho and to be honest Luminara wasn’t going to be OK losing her padawan barriss because you can tell by her face reaction and Anakin wasn’t comfortable letting Ahsoka doing the mission by herself along with Barriss because he have her close to her tho to every single mission that they’ve been through
1:18:52 Not only sounds but looks like Obi Wan is reading what he's saying off a script or out of a off screen cultural history book.
