God bless Richard, you're always shining in this sometimes dark world. Always be yourself Richard, you bring a lot of joy to a lot of people Richard. Thank you.
Oh my Lord, I'm watching Richard Gene, the fishing machine on my phone and on my big screen TV. 😅😅 it's way better watching the TV. Full action. Thank you so much for making your videos. God bless and protect you always 🙏
Love seeing you out fishing with Rocky Drake! I found his channel watching one of your previous videos you guys were catching hogs using live bait at the dam! He’s got me hooked on them red hooks I use them in all of my videos!
Hey, Richard. Man o man, got a two fer today. Two of the best men in the business. It's always better to go fishing with a buddy. That way, one can lie, the other can swear to it !!! Thank you Richard for taking us along with y'all and all the knowledge you share with us. I hope you know how much it's appreciated. God bless y'all and stay safe out there in those fishing holes.
I wasn't gonna tell this story, but I guess I will now. I saw Elmo at the semi-annual bacon sale and he saie "Is Richard out there fishin today?". I told him he probably was, and Elmo said "Once this 20lb of bacon freezes, I'm gonna get out there!"
Richard, I’m a pond fisherman from Kansas. You nailed it. Worms. Don’t care if it’s a trick worm, a Ned, a senco, a 12” Texas, etc….. you’re gonna catch some fish! Only pond bait that’s funner is a frog. Thanks for the video Elmo! God bless
Great info and video Richard, you and Rocky sure had a good day of fishing! Wish I had of been there, thank you for all you do to help us catch more fish! God's blessings always! 😇
I caught a 9 pound 8 ounce largemouth bass from the bank using a pumpkinseed worm yesterday. Biggest bass i ever caught. If i had the money I would have got it mounted but Im broke as usual so I let him go. Always love your videos brother. God bless you and mama sue. I wish y'all all the love and happiness that life can bring
Honestly man, they don't really "mount" fish. From my understanding, they just make a wood carving and paint it as realistically to the fish as possible. But you're not taking home a real mount like say a buck head.
Next time, take photos from every angle and use fishing line to record the length and girth of the fish. That is all they need to make a mount. The rest is art. That way, if you do get the money later, you can still get it done! Great catch, btw!
There is a cheaper option if u have pictures and measurements of the fish. U can send them to replica mount taxidermy people. They have plastic bass in every size imaginable and they paint them to match the photos you send them.
The adrelaGin is kicking UP. That was hilarious how The machine started the adrelaGinG is kicking and rocky said UP with such enthusiasm. I had to rewind and watch at least 5 or 6 times. 😂😂😂😂
I told you before I caught my biggest and my first largemouth that was over six inches long on a spring lizard on Douglas Lake in East Tennessee. Nine pounds even and all thanks to my friend's dad because I didn't know what I was doing. You two had too much fun. What a time. Thank you to both of you for the fun and for taking us along!
Awesome fishing, Gents!!!! Richard, I really liked the detailed instructions! Noticed you didn't offer Rocky one of those bigger lizzards until you were ready to go home 😊! I'm looking forward to you, Rocky, and Ronnie going to Nashville with me!!
You teach me something almost every video I watch of yours sir!! Thank you so much. That color the line trick makes perfect sense to me. Ima try it tomorrow morning!!
Love both of you guys. Y'all are the best fishermen I know, and i follow both of your channels. Keep doing what you guys love doing. God bless you both.
Great Video, Richard! Really nice fish Bud! It is nice to release those Fish yet, I would have kept one of the smaller Ones for some GOOOOOOD EATIN'! I enjoy fresh caught fish so I have a method where I will keep half the legal creel limit and release the rest. For instance, in Vermont, where I live, it is legal to keep five Bass, but I will keep 2. I also will let Bass go that are over 18 inches long and keep the 12-14-inch Ones. God bless You and Your Family and KEEEEP FISHIN' 'cause it's GOOOOOD fer YOU!
HEY!! THEEYYYYY!!!! If you buy one of the jumbo tip sharpie and use a razor blade to cut two slits 1/3 and 1/3 from each edge to the bottom you can “S” your braid through it and get MaX coverage with one pull as long and you want.
Your knowledge and experience is very impressive. Watched many of your videos, I feel like you could catch the last fish in a 3 acre pond. Love the videos.
Richard Gene the Fishing Machine, keep posting these videos. I love watching them, hope ol Elmo gets things right with his woman and is able to go one day.
I tried the nightcrawler setup you made a video of for bluegill and shell cracker. Wasn't catching anything . So I tried it . Definitely works . Went from not even getting a bite on crawler with floater . To caught 32 good bluegill in a couple hours .
Richard: your hands look really good now, compared to a few years ago. Have you stopped doing carpenter work? Thanks for all you do for the sport of fishing.

Well I looked along the edge of the bank where a limb hung over and seen a biggg swirl....and I knew BIG MUSKIE!!!---I casted that worm and BOOM! it hit with all it had and down the river he pulled that boat all the time hubby screaming==GET IT UP HERE!! SHOOT!! am a small person and it was all I could do to hold that fish....well got it up to the boat and it threw hook and all😥😥ohhh well it was worth the try....God bless and watch those swirls..lol

Richard: your hands look really good now, compared to a few years ago. Have you stopped doing carpenter work? Thanks for all you do for the sport of fishing.
as always another great video !
Get it richard!!!
Those lizards have been a champion for me on my family's ponds and lakes... all of my life. Only thing better is live shiners.
Fun day!
Would be nice if one(or some) of the line vendors would make a black colored braid.
Goodun fellas
Could you do an explanation of how water color and conditions determine what color of plastic baits you use?
You’re the best
Bull Worm is the party trick for bigguns! I think the bass mistake it for baby garter snakes, which are birthed this time of year. +1 Like
Have you ever tried a spider wire knot with braid?
THANKS!
My PB was on an original devils horse in a pond, and now I'm a firm believer in a boy howdy.
how bout getting a bunch of kiddie poles with tackle included, come down here to eustis, fl. and we both see if we can catch panfish with them?
😆I’m telling y’all 😆 watch this on play back speed X2.
It’s good clean humor 😄
Lookin' like Hank Parker and Roland Martin out there.
I’m talking about wooooooooo😂😂😂😂
Rocky & RGTFM are good T.V.
God bless!✝️ Happy 4th! 🇺🇸
Richard you should have grabbed Rocky’s rod and acted like you were going to break it into at the end of the video!!😂
Cadence omg .........😮😮😮😮 Not that cheap Richard
It all makes sense now
Hey, I’m new to fishing. Any tips for keeping line tangles/wind knots out of your line?
Have u tried using a brown sharpie
Wooooo.
When you going to do a contest where we can spend a day fishing with you lol...
Happy independence day
Can anyway teach me how to tell if they are largemouth or other types?
Hows the ticks down in Bama?
Sheesh now that’s an Alabama bass 😂
Omg Listen to that cheap drag 😂😂😂😂😂🎉

Make no mistake, that there's Rocky Drake.... y'all check him out.
Now richard I went in a creek and caught some bluegill and a bass on a whopper plopper
I'm kind of wondering why you are rigging the worm sideways. I'm pretty sure the flat side usually goes down.
The thing about braided line is that no matter what color you use it will fade back to a white color.
And also whoo
I read where salamanders were the natural enemy of bass because they would eat the eggs of the bass nest. I always had pretty good luck with them.
Cicadas bad there I hear!!!
