Court allows students to sue over fake university

The US Court of Appeals has revived a lawsuit from students who say they were tricked by Immigrations and Customs Enforcement to pay money to a fake university that was being used to investigate student visa fraud.

Even then, immigrants surpass the stagnated welfare class already here. I can see why citizens are intimidated and easily willing to let go of civil liberties.
