Different people have different standards based on their environment. Denmark is one of the few countries that have a decent amount of natural blonds, even if they're still a minority, so what qualifies as a blond will be a bit more strict than countries that do not really have many natural blonds at all, which is the vast majority of the world. In those countries you're effectively considered a blond if you just have a slightly lightbrown hair color, while in Denmark you generally need to have an actual golden color or lighter.
@@GmodGTXI mean I guess , to me he has a golden undertone, not brown, but I guess I'm not an expert on blondness, I'm Colombian with the blackest hair ever. 😅
Most people with platinum blond hair go darker during puberty. My son had her colour when he was very young and now has the colour of the guy in the video. In Italy, it would count as blond.
@@Frosty_V0 To me as a German it is baffling since it sounds German but still you cant understand it, only a few words in between. It amazes me that a language can be so similar from the sound yet so different. For example, Dutch is much easier to understand although Danish sounds much more German. I guess I havent figured it out yet with Danish.
As someone who has dated girls from 18 nationalities from 3 continents. The girls that are still in my life as friends, are the Dutch and Danes. I was talking to an ex of mine, who happens to be Dutch earlier today, over WhatsApp, and I just realized that we stopped dating five years and a half ago 😅 Plus, she’s in Western Europe, and I’m in Western Asia. Yet, we’re still tight, and meetup every once in a while. Mostly, in Europe over the summer, spring, or autumn. What makes them standout the most, and they are all unique individuals of course in their own way. Nonetheless, we’re all by-products of our milieu, and an extension of our families and cultures to some varying degree. Though, one would argue, that the extent of that, varies from one person to another, and can actually fluctuate with the passage of time for the people themselves. I found that the Danes and the Dutch girls didn’t really care about my height, weight, looks, or bank account. Unlike most of the rest of the world, including my own country. They were more interested in me as a person, my intellect, the way I treat others, my personality and how I made them feel as company. These experiences from 2018-onwards were quite peculiar for me at first, and drastically different than anything I’ve experienced before. Calling them “Eye-Opening Experiences” would still be an understatement, in my humble opinion. I simply can’t find the right word for it. Nonetheless, I’m extremely grateful for every moment I’ve spent with those three wonderful individuals (2 Dutch and 1 Dane), and I’m unbelievably humbled by the fact that we remain good friends to this day. They’re just wonderful people. They really are. I’m profoundly fortunate to say the least. “How lucky can one guy be?” By Frank Sinatra, might be the perfect song to convey how I feel. 😁 But, with all due honesty, I must confess, that societies and cultures are truly significant, when it comes to how people interact with one another. Furthermore, I find it fascinating, how one can feel more at home in a foreign land, than one’s own home, let alone country. I have no idea why, nor where that might come from really?! I’ve tried to ponder, and have dwelled on it for years. Is reincarnation, real? Is that why?! I don’t know 🤷♂️ I can’t pin-point it, truth be told. Look at me mumble away, lol 😂 Thanks for the video, dude! Good luck 🍀
another point added to the list of things on the internet that never happened😂 and if a Danish or Dutch girl doesn't care about your weight/whether you're fit, it says a lot about them to us. Nothing more said.
Denmark 'dating' culture (now) seems very similar to how it was in The Netherlands 30-50 years ago. (a lot of 2nd and 3rd degree social contacting & mingling, mixed with 'after a few beers, stuff just happened and now we are a couple')
I used to think like this but this whole bull shit standard thing seems to be North American exclusive, I’ve looked at other videos of dudes interviewing people in Japan or Europe and most of not almost all mentioned personality first, the only looks they mentioned was that they prefer someone that is maybe a bit taller but that’s it really.
