We used to go watch Josh Smith when he was 14 years old at Club M with a band called the Rhino Cats. Kid could cut it back then.

+remingtonride I dunno... Josh is phenomenal no doubt and love every moment of his playing. I think it comes down to heart vs head. Kirk shows some very nice emotion and flat burns at the end his solo. Doesn't matter how "stock" those notes are its how he's playin those notes that gets me. Both are killers and thank God they are keepin this music alive. Nice tones on that twin fenderguru!
