Same!
Omg me too
Me too!
Amazing musicians. Naturally in sync, no one is overpowering the other player, it’s just so natural and seamless. Fantastic!
This style and the chemistry between both you guys makes me smile through the whole video ! Amazing.
I love kirk fletchers attitude he always makes me smile
Josh one of the best guitarists of late and Kirk one of the nicest, humblest musicians out there! Top notch!!

that's how guitar is played. I listen to the solos over and over to pick up those cool riffs. absolutely wonderful my mouth fell open.
if you wanna know specifically it’s called Tramp (Otis Redding)
Wow, I met Kirk today at Jim’s Music Works in Lawndale and he was wearing a Normans Rare guitars t-shirt. Cool guy, very humble, he wasn’t playing guitar but now I see how skillful he is!
Kirk and his infectious personality. Love these guys 👏
Kirk is really killing it....great feel and tasty rhythm and lead
These boys are two of the best playing today......
Great playing! Those guitars are amazing, and the music is even better.
In honor of straturday, we uploaded a video with our strat in it. Hope you check it out and enjoy it.
Kirk is the best soul in soul, what a happy dude!

Amazing they put a lot of heart and soul into their playing
Love the blues! What can i say, don't get much better than that! 👍

I can’t get enough of these two playing together. Absolutely amazing!
Wow. I’m lovin this ❤️ I originally saw a clip of this and decided to check out the full original video. Definitely glad I did 🙂
Thanks for introducing me to Kirk his lead playing is very lyrical. Loved it!
Bob Knott Kirk is amazing, one of the best out there. Josh's rythym playing is excellent on this as well.
This is, by far, one of the COOLEST jam sessions going...I mean, it ROCKS!
I saw Josh Smith and the Frost at Jimmy Buffett's when he was a teenager. Maybe 1993. He came to my table and grabbed my beer bottle and played a slide solo with it right in front of me, just to let me know what he could do . He must have known, by the way I looked that I was a guitar player too. Very impressive ,especially for a teenager. Sonny Landreth is the one who has some blues /slide magic. I saw him at Summerfest in Milwaukee. The most impressive display of guitar since I saw Eddie Van Halen second row in 1978 when I was almost 17, which was the most impressive display of musicianship I ever witnessed .I've seen Perlman and the Chester string quartet too. People who never saw Ed play the white and black guitar and heard it up close like that missed out . Very few musicians in history have had the whole world take notice, like Ed did . It will always be sad he is gone
Those guys are great. So good to see a couple players hammer it down.
These guys are awesome. Not sure how many times I've watched this video, but it's a lot.
My mind of music, thanks Jen and Norm for sharing.
Whenever I need to smile, I watch this outstanding jam. Can’t help but smile and then wish they didn’t have to stop
i allways come back to this when i want to get into a better mood :D
Two masters. I could listen to them all night!
When these guys lock-in on a blues groove, sparks fly out their fingers and the magic happens!

These guys are both amazing. But Josh Smith is just untouchable I swear. Insane player
Still listening to this in 2020. Someone needs to transcribe Kirk and Josh's parts xd
I 100% agree with this
Hold my LaCroix.
The first chord is a E7. C shape with your third finger on the root on the 5th string 7th fret. Your 4th finger on the 3rd string 7th fret which is a D note. This is what makes it a 7 chord because the D is the 7th note in the major scale. The progression is E7-A7-B7. This is the 1-4-5 progression and is the foundation of music.
As for the lead parts. They are playing the scales to match what chord they are in. Using the pentatonic scale, blues scale. Its really fun working it out for yourself.
I'm sure you already knew this. But of not I hope it helps.
