    When you’re doing a single E wrap, it’s quicker to wrap every peg in the row instead of one peg at a time.

    I'm still kind of new to the loom and thanks for a well explanation video. I'm doing exactly what you are explaining but mine looks like it's going to be with holes not as closed as yours. Can you explain why mine looks like that?

    In order to make a bigger do I increase the number casted on by 2 ?

    • @hellomsyarn
      @hellomsyarn  2 роки тому +1

      You can increase by any number of stitches, both odd and even numbers are fine. Let me add that when I had experimented with using around 30 pegs to make a much wider panel, it was technically possible, but I found it to be awkward since I had to rotate my loom so much on my lap, and I was worried that my old panel would pop off the loom accidentally. In short, feel free to increase by any number, but note that it might get awkward with a lot more stitches.

    Has anyone made blanket panels doing exclusively an ewrap?

    Beautiful blanket I can’t wait to get started. I just have a question what brand looms are you using and where can I get them?

      This loom is called "Knit Quick" and it's from Loops & Threads, and I bought my set of four looms from Michaels.

      @Ms Yarn how are you attaching the four looms together to get the size you need? Taping them?

    I am just getting ready to start my 2nd panel and realized I did the edges differently than you. Every other back and forth item I've done told me to do the edges another way. They lay flat and it looks nice but I'm not sure if I know how to join them. Do I need to start over?! I have pictures but I don't know if it will let me include them. I think what I have done must be considered knitting on both ends because it's a turn around to go the other way and then a toss over.
    Any suggestions??

      @hellomsyarn  Рік тому

      This joining technique in my video requires bumpy edges, not smooth, braided edges. I have not figured out how to join smooth edges, so I can't help you. If you want to try the technique in my video, you'd have to unfortunately undo your work.

    What makes it the wrong side of the panel?

    If we don’t want to use the same yarn you used, what size should we look for?

    • @hellomsyarn
      @hellomsyarn  2 роки тому

      I would use a #6, but you want to use lighter yarn, go ahead and use a loom with a smaller gauge. This joining technique can be adapted to any gauge loom and yarn.

    Can use 31 peg loom ty

    • @hellomsyarn
      @hellomsyarn  2 роки тому

      Yes, you can use a 31 peg loom. For the rib stitch sections, just do an e-wrap knit stitch. Purling is also fine, I just prefer to knit.

    How long was your plan

    Can I do all knit stitches for each panel? Will the joining of the panels be the same? Thanks for the tutorial

    • @hellomsyarn
      @hellomsyarn  2 роки тому +1

      All knit stitches would make it curl. And the joining would be slightly different. I haven't tested the joining of all knit stitch panels myself.

      @@hellomsyarn thank you for the information. I prefer doing knit stitches that's all. I'm slowly working on my first panel.
