Tried this before but 1 tip I’ll give is DONT EAT NOODLES(or other carbs) for breakfast. This will make you sleepy later in the day. Eat something like a fruit or protein that take longer to digest. And water is your friend. Drink whenever you can. Have a clear water bottle that you can see the water inside(this helped me if I can see the water) around your workstation or your desk in school(if they allow). Also do the sleepy driver method where you look up at the ceiling for a few seconds(search it online, it should be easy to find for better understanding of the method).
