    Great to have another rapido workout. Thanks Lars. Also a bit ashamed and a bit glad you didn't make us do 3 x 6 clean and presses at the end of Stacy's Mom- the original track was an absolute killer...

    Im intrigued to this workout. can someone tell me the detail about barbel he used for bodypump? What weight is it? Leght? Is it 150 cm? And diameter about barbell he used. Is it 5 cm?

      It is a "Don Oliver Barbell Set" and you can buy it at a lot of (online) stores... The weight of the barbell itself is just under 2 kg, the weight of the big plates are 10 kg, the smaller ones are 5 kg and the smallest I use in this video are 2,5 kg.
      If you can't find a Don Oliver Barbell Set (or you want to check out some other/cheaper options) just Google "BodyPump Barbell" and you'll find loads of alternatives! 😁
