Plus admitted to domestic violence against Johnny. Plus suspicion of domestic violence against her own sister (her sister was discussing it with her friends by the poolside in a video clip), and assaulted her ex-best friend in public. In contrast Johnny has no history of being violent towards women, every single one of his ex gfs and spouses all speak highly of him, and has said he's never laid hands on them. 4) Audio recording of her admitting to cutting his finger in Australia (not allowed in this trial due to technicalities), proving again that her testimony was a lie. (one of the voices on the tape is now deceased and can't testify) 5) Her psychologist lied about Amber having no domestic violence history and was called out by Johnny's attorney. 6) Has NO witnesses or evidence (all conveniently random strangers that she doesn't know or deceased people like the bodyguard) 7) Her longtime assistant testified under oath that she did not once see or hear any physical abuse from Depp or ever saw any injuries on Heard in all the years. She also testified under oath that Heard spit ON her face when she asked for a raise 8) She visits Dr Kipper's office the day after an alleged incident where she was severely beaten, the doctor's medical report states her in perfect health, with no injuries of any kind on her, also state her skin was in perfect condition. Her explanation was "this was a partial report and I didn't have time to get into the details with the doctor about the injuries". (Day 16 of trial cross examination) 9) Allegedly got her nose broken, hit multiple times, her scalp and hair ripped off, penetrated by a bottle, dragged over broken glass and got her arms and legs "pretty cut up", then somehow felt safe enough to take sleeping pills with her "attacker" in the same house, woke up the next day and made him coffee, then went to James Corden's show miraculously healed. No marks, no scars, no pictures, no medical report . Hair stylist saw no signs of abuse, the hair stylist would've been inches away from her face looking at all the details while working on her appearance, and she saw 0 injuries. Multiple witnesses (including 3 cops) saw no signs of abuse. 10) Allegedly got raped and assaulted multiple times on her honeymoon, then wrote Johnny a love letter saying "it was the most amazing and beautiful honeymoon any girl could've ever dreamed of". (evidence presented in Day 18 of trial) 11) Claimed she wanted to leave Johnny, but in all the audio clips she was the one begging him to stay. Claimed she always tried to de-escalate, but in audio clips she was always the aggressor preventing him from leaving and taunting him . 12) In all her "crying", there's never a single tear coming out of her eyes, even when reciting the most "traumatic experience". 13) Allegedly feared for her life but bought him a large knife. 14) Testified under oath that she was beaten by Johnny with huge chunky rings on all his fingers, said she was "hit so many times in the face over and over again she lost count". The photos taken the next day shows her face completely spotless without any injuries, when cross examined, she answers "there do not appear to be any injuries on my face in that photo". 15) Caught lying under oath again saying she "didn't receive money" from Johnny when she got $7 million, and lying about "never assaulted" Johnny when she admits to it on tape. 16) Proven once again as a liar when she made public statement of donating 7 million dollars for children's hospital but in reality donated exactly 0 dollars before she was called out, also caught lying under oath about donating the money. Her sworn statement was "I donated the entire settlement of $7 million to charity", when cross examined, she states "I did not lie, I pledged the $7 million, "pledged" and "donated" are synonymous, they mean the same thing." (Day 16 of trial cross examination) 17) Blackmailing Depp with her attorney, trying to make a deal for 3 of the adjoining penthouses where they both lived, 50k monthly expenses, 500k in attorney fees and the SUV Depp let her drive in exchange for not filing the protection order. 18) Her publishing of the op-ed "domestic violence" piece is timed perfectly with the release of Aquaman film, it didn't get published when they divorced, or before, or right after, but instead it was published right when Aquaman was being released and when the "Me Too" movement was grabbing the most headlines. 19) Amber Heard's team desperately tried to stop the trial from being publicly broadcasted while Depp's team made sure it was made public 20) Long time friend and co worker of Amber Heard telling about her hardcore cocaine and drug habit dating all the way back to 2008 when they were close associates, (youtube show called "Steven and Jason" and in the newest episode titled "We need to talk about AH"). 21) Amber testified about having injuries such as “gross colored puss coming out of her temple” and “suffering a broken nose”, but when cross examined she changes the lines to “gross colored puss UNDER HER SCALP” and “FELT like a broken nose”, because she knew the evidence is about to show ZERO injuries visible on her. With an X-ray machine??) 22) Allegedly got beaten up for FIVE YEARS and not a SINGLE injury shown on her face, no doctor visits, no dentists, no surgeons, no photos, despite countless appearances in public events and countless photos taken given her celebrity status, many of those public appearances were the night after "the beating", keep in mind the beating were all allegedly done by Depp with "huge chunky" rings on all his fingers, yet after five years of beating, she didn't need to visit the doctors once or show on sign of injury on her face, sounds like her facial bone density and durability of her skin can match that of armor platings. 23) Alleges Johnny slashed the soles of her feet, but was seen the next day walking completely normal, again no doctor visits or treatments of any kind even though she has a personal doctor on retainer. 24) Constantly changing details of her stories and allegations, she's already given 4 different versions of the poop incident, she has said "1: told security guard that she pooped and it was a practical joke gone wrong. 2: Johnny did it to frame her. 3: said it never happened and Johnny was gaslighting her. 4: said the tiny puppies did it." 25) Her lying under oath is not even worth mentioning anymore, there is too many to list, just to list a few in this trial alone. Lying about not receiving any money from Johnny, when in fact she received $7 million. Lying about having donated the money, when in fact she has donated $0 so far. Lying about never assaulted Johnny, when in fact she was recorded admitting to it multiple times. Lying about never assaulted anyone before, when in fact she's assaulted at least 4 that we have evidence of. Lying about her injuries, when a medical record showed absolutely no injuries. 26) She put someone through hell for years, publicly shamed and destroyed his career and life, just so she can be seen as a noble victim and use the attention and sympathy to advance her career and profile. She claims she's never wanted to be seen as a victim and wanted to move on, but appears in countless TV shows and articles talking about her "abuse" and "donation" non stop, literally appeared on every show she could to talk about her being a victim and being noble on the donation that never happened. 27) Amber's own friend, Tillet Wright, a long time close friend with Amber Heard, testified under oath that he's never seen or heard Amber being abused by Johnny Depp.

I have been in a relationship pretty similar to this one. They use your addiction as an excuse to treat you horrible and then turn around and blame your addictions, nothing they ever did seems wrong nor are they ever in the wrong. Those are horrible people.

I strongly suspect that is exactly what she has been doing the whole time. I have a couple of women in my family like AH so it isn't a new phenomenon to me. People with this disorder get their stories from flipping the roles, from movies, friend's experiences etc. They will shamelessly flip what happened directly to the victim too. There is no way of knowing in the very beginning what the person will turn out to be and it's hard to see the situation for what it is when you're in the middle of it. The first signs are usually brushed aside as a "bad day" etc.

I've been listening to this trial without watching. It's been impossible so far to believe her story. Literally 30 seconds into watching her I feel like she should be on trial for attempted murder of the jury for subjecting them to this. WHAT A PSYCHO
Has anyone heard a single recording where she is actually talking in a calm, collected manner like she is asking everyone to believe? Lies, lies, lies. There is apparently only one person on earth who thinks it’s feasible to mistake a teacup terrier’s mess with that of a grown up human being, and it’s Amber Heard. It was never a prank, and completely fits with the behaviours of someone who would throw a full sized bottle of vodka at another person with complete disregard for the likely outcome of horrific injury. This woman has not once taken blame or accountability for anything, not a single thing, not once. I hope she gets the help she clearly needs, because she is clearly, completely bonkers. She should have plenty of time to seek help, because I imagine her phone will be very quiet after all of this is done.
Her demeaner is completely different when her lawyer questions her, she acts sad and Hurt. When Johnny's lawyer asks her questions, she acts completely different. I have never hated anyone in my life but now I do

Since the viral tiktok re-enactment of her testimony, I start to really listen on her every words, gosh they really do warp, jump and skip most of times...she's twisted! Her friend crawled on her bed...then wonder how she ever did since the floor had broken glass, then showed her videos... One thing I truly notice on every devastating fight and punching though...nothing stops Amber for going out and hit the town 😂 It's exhausting

I can tell this was early in her testimony because she was still trying to act out her terrible role as a battered woman. The flustered sobbing responses, choking off words, etc. She stopped all of this pretty quickly when people wondered why she never produced a single tear. I am thankful she is just an awful actress, or Johnny might have been in some real trouble.

"Thrives on drama and toxicity." Perfectly put. My mother treated my father similarly to how it seems Amber treated Johnny. She LOVED telling us lurid stories that portrayed him as a weak, broken man with anger issues who lashed out at her for "trying to help him." As I grew up it became more and more clear what was really happening; she was just constantly testing his patience and even went as far as to cheat on him, just to see what he would do. What he did was agree to a divorce and he never looked back. I do wish that they'd stayed together for my sake, since the divorce affected me badly. But on a personal level I can't blame my Dad for getting away from her. Living with her might have actually turned him into a worse person. Now I'm Amber Heard's age, which is also how old my Mom was when she defamed my Dad to me, and the emotionally indulgent facial expressions Amber makes when talking about their fights, and how she obviously ENJOYS the telling of it, and paints herself as the strong one (who is nonetheless the victim of course!), and how it's ALWAYS Johnny who is the weirdo, the loser, with embarrassing hangups and failures...It is disturbingly similar to the way my Mom told stories about my Dad. The reason I told all this is because a few years ago my Dad and I were talking about my Mom, and he said about her "I'm the kind of guy who wants fights to be OVER. I can't understand how someone can thrive on chaos and fighting." Your words reminded me of what he said.
I’m beginning to wonder if she knows where the pubic bone is. This is the second time she has mentioned him assaulting that particular part of her body in a manner that makes no sense. How would a bottle have hurt your pubic bone if the bottle was inside you? Furthermore, how do you hold someone down by it? You can still move your upper body enough to fight back in that position. Just saying, ONE of us doesn’t seem to have a firm grasp on anatomy and physics, and I’m not completely convinced it’s me.

Whether or not Johnny ever laid a hand on her is irrelevant to this point, because as Adrian stated, nobody should be putting their hands on anyone, especially if they aren't willing and ready to face the consequences (whatever they may be). I don't think they were implying Johnny hit Amber, just that it shouldn't be the sole responsibility of a man to refrain from hitting a woman, which I agree with entirely.

It was actually Johnnys phone that was thrown out the window… One of his members of security went and retrieved it from a homeless man. She projects. Pretty much anything she says happened to her is what she did to Johnny.

That's what got me. If she truly was trying to be so careful NOT to cause a fight, then what did she say? Why would you NOT want to tell me what you said if you were consciously and actively attempting to avoid the fight? Seems contradictory to me...
There was unadmitted testimony of her housekeeper finding the poop and telling Amber, but Amber angrily kept insisting there was NO POOP. Not "it must hv been the dog", but an outright lie to the face of an eyewitness that she didn't see what she saw with her own eyes. The housekeeper was in fact the one who had sent the original photo to JD's guard.
She sure does remember EVERYTHING in detail when Johnny "abuses" her but seems to not remember all the other things like what tv show she was on when she said she donated the money, the color pallet she specifically used to hide bruises, etc.

I found something interesting in researching the slang terms in Hollywood for couch. I think she was taunting him with the couch couch couch thing bc in Hollywood that is slang for willing to perform sexual activities etc in exchange for movie roles. I don't doubt that he may have grabbed her or her hands to stop Her from hitting Him to protect himself. She may have been pushed against a wall when he was trying to stop Her violence, but that does Not make him an abuser. In the legal and sane world that is called self-defense. There is no way on Earth that they had a safe word for Truce, the word being couch too, it's too ridiculous. I believe Johnny's explanation. Tbey were fighting, he wanted to leave, she's yelling, he asks her What Does She Want??? And so screams Couch at him, effectively telling him to sit the F--- down cause he's not going anywhere. That's what happened.
The meeting was about his ex lawyer and financial team who had scammed him out of million and million of dollars. If you see the film of him in the lift he is calm when he gets out and is very nervous when he got back in to go to her. He was late and knew she would go of on one. She could not admit that his meeting was with his new lawyers because she would not be able to accuse him of being drunk and out of his head on drugs.
The fact that she paints such a one sided picture where Depp is unequivocally evil mean and cruel, is what makes her account completely unbelievable. Nobody else would describe Depp as mean spirited in his 50+ years on earth. This woman is not only evil, but insane to paint such an unbelievable picture when everybody knows by this point that’s not who Depp is.
Yeap, there is no balance in her account and that's what makes her even less human to the eye of the prosecutor / judge and jury, and probably everyone else in the court. She's blowing any chance of her bringing any semblance of humanity / sympathy for her cause because she is overrexagerating and she has no length of being reasonable in her statements in front of what looks to be more balanced in the corner of Depp.
i liked the part where she was saying lets just cool off and I don't want to fight. Meanwhile in previous recordings that is what Depp says while she is aggressively chasing him around the house trying to keep the fight going.

I love how she's audibly stuttering, stalling, and using filler words like "uh" "um" and just kind of making mouth noises to stall her story to give her brain time to create more lies. When someone tells the truth, it comes out like a waterfall, you can barely stop it if they're actually honest watching her tell this story was like watching a gallon of water drip out through a syringe.
My mouth moves faster than my brain, so when I’m telling the truth I tend to stumble over myself and use those filler words. However, it’s very obvious Amber is lying through her teeth.
Exactly!! She tells her story the same way as a person would if they were forced to just make it up on the spot. As a victim of actual domestic violence myself I can guarantee I don't have any issues saying what happened to me at all. People who lie then have to remember their lies, that's why she stutters and pauses, because she's literally painting a picture as she goes because she's desperate to be seen as the victim not the perpetrator. As someone who has been abused and retelling a story I recall everything and you terrified, reliving the events, and literally bawling your eyes, she is not an abused wife or victim.
How do you throw a bottle "through" a canvas? I am a painter. Every painting I have ever seen hung is only inches or less away from the wall behind it, depending on the frame. You can dent one with a bottle perhaps, but the wall will stop it going through. Everything she describes is fantasy when it comes to physical reality.
If it was leaning up against something like an easil... I mean it's plausible. But the velocity at which you'd need to hit it would be (I think) crazy cause you're essentially throwing it at a reinforced piece of thick stretched fabric.
I'm a painter also. And while you're right...something can be thrown with enough force to puncture it, especially if it's a sharp object. The reason I know this? I've done it myself lol. But I do think she's a liar nonetheless
If Johnny was gone for two days, I couldn’t blame him. I wouldn’t want to argue with her all night either. Johnny’s Mom was on her death bed as well so she should not be a selfish baby because he was late to her stupid party.
This was one of the worst situations of this whole mess. After she passed she mocked and ridiculed him driving his depression on the event even further. Can you imagine not being supportive of a spouse who is grieving the loss of a parent? Depp's mother was a terrible person but kids still remember the good times and when these people pass it is hard to reconcile many feelings with the finality of it all. As a person who's experienced dv for most of my life, I don't believe this woman at all. Yes, we all react in our own ways, handle the aftermath in our own way and deal with the myriad types of pain in our own way. But, everything sounds forced that comes out of her mouth. NONE of her testimony sounds true. Every single experience she's testified about sounds either completely made up OR it's twisted to fit her narrative. This lady is disturbing. Listening to her and watching her acting as if it's a movie is scary in a way. She's doing everything she can to convince us that she's a victim of dv at the hands of this non violent man and THAT'S TERRIFYING to me.

She is constantly giving details about what she did but the details about everyone else are hazy. She is nothing but a spoilt rotten adult woman! She is recalling things thar she did, but reversing most of the events! The evidence doesn't lie and he has way more evidence than her. Her witnesses consist of ex-friends and associates. She can't act, she can't get along with co-stars..etc Yet, she doesn't take responsibility for anything. At this point but she'd be better off just telling everyone they were both abusive, but it was more her, than him. I was in an abusive relationship for 5yrs. I picked up several behaviors and when drunk I used them against my new boyfriend. He told me if I did it again, he'd leave me, so I stopped and reflected on my behavior. I was in the wrong and started abusing him, because all I knew was how to love with hate....😪
@@tiredofitall9213 I think that you 'hit the nail on the head' with your assessment. I don't think either are completely innocent but I don't think JD is the one that started the abuse. As someone who is still trying to fix myself from a relationship that is extremely difficult. I know that I got to a point where I was 'giving what I got' even though I tried to 'treat him like I wanted to be treated'. There just comes a point when you want the other person to know what it feels like. Problem is that they don't they just twist it around to make it seem like you are the only one who is the one in the wrong and the are the victim. Amber answers the question with "yes when johnny did abuse me, he ...(and so on)"
That’s the thing with lies you can’t remember all of them , because she made up so many. If you speak truth it doesn’t change and you can repeat it every time without even think about it because it’s a memory you can recall. I hope they try to charge her with false testimony or lying under oath. I think perjury is the right term ( English isn’t my first language)

He was getting ripped off at work and sorting that out and his mother was dying. There are earlier audio tapes of her trying to prevent Depp from leaving the house just for a couple of hours to go visit his daughter. Can you imagine the jealousy and abandonment Heard must have felt (due to her established personality disorders) when he was probably just trying to spend as much time as possible with his mum and kids at this difficult time?

We could tell you detail after minute detail about what song was on the radio, what clothes people were wearing, the way a room was arranged, etc., all to distract you from the fact that the story isn't actually true.

Here are some quick facts about Amber that we know that are proven:
1) He wasn't the only alcoholic and drug abuser. She drank 2 bottles of wine a day, took drugs as well by her own admission.
2) Caught lying about using the makeup that didn't exist back then to "cover her bruises" frequently, which was refuted by the makeup company in court.
3) Past domestic violence arrest against her ex, literally charged and arrested. Plus admitted to domestic violence against Johnny. Plus suspicion of domestic violence against her own sister (her sister was discussing it with her friends by the poolside in a video clip), and assaulted her ex-best friend in public. In contrast Johnny has no history of being violent towards women, every single one of his ex gfs and spouses all speak highly of him, and has said he's never laid hands on them.
4) Audio recording of her admitting to cutting his finger in Australia (not allowed in this trial due to technicalities), proving again that her testimony was a lie. (one of the voices on the tape is now deceased and can't testify)
5) Her psychologist lied about Amber having no domestic violence history and was called out by Johnny's attorney.
6) Has NO witnesses or evidence (all conveniently random strangers that she doesn't know or deceased people like the bodyguard)
7) Her longtime assistant testified under oath that she did not once see or hear any physical abuse from Depp or ever saw any injuries on Heard in all the years. She also testified under oath that Heard spit ON her face when she asked for a raise
8) She visits Dr Kipper's office the day after an alleged incident where she was severely beaten, the doctor's medical report states her in perfect health, with no injuries of any kind on her, also state her skin was in perfect condition. Her explanation was "this was a partial report and I didn't have time to get into the details with the doctor about the injuries". (Day 16 of trial cross examination)
9) Allegedly got her nose broken, hit multiple times, her scalp and hair ripped off, penetrated by a bottle, dragged over broken glass and got her arms and legs "pretty cut up", then somehow felt safe enough to take sleeping pills with her "attacker" in the same house, woke up the next day and made him coffee, then went to James Corden's show miraculously healed. No marks, no scars, no pictures, no medical report . Hair stylist saw no signs of abuse, the hair stylist would've been inches away from her face looking at all the details while working on her appearance, and she saw 0 injuries. Multiple witnesses (including 3 cops) saw no signs of abuse.
10) Allegedly got raped and assaulted multiple times on her honeymoon, then wrote Johnny a love letter saying "it was the most amazing and beautiful honeymoon any girl could've ever dreamed of". (evidence presented in Day 18 of trial)
11) Claimed she wanted to leave Johnny, but in all the audio clips she was the one begging him to stay. Claimed she always tried to de-escalate, but in audio clips she was always the aggressor preventing him from leaving and taunting him .
12) In all her "crying", there's never a single tear coming out of her eyes, even when reciting the most "traumatic experience".
13) Allegedly feared for her life but bought him a large knife.
14) Testified under oath that she was beaten by Johnny with huge chunky rings on all his fingers, said she was "hit so many times in the face over and over again she lost count". The photos taken the next day shows her face completely spotless without any injuries, when cross examined, she answers "there do not appear to be any injuries on my face in that photo".
15) Caught lying under oath again saying she "didn't receive money" from Johnny when she got $7 million, and lying about "never assaulted" Johnny when she admits to it on tape.
16) Proven once again as a liar when she made public statement of donating 7 million dollars for children's hospital but in reality donated exactly 0 dollars before she was called out, also caught lying under oath about donating the money. Her sworn statement was "I donated the entire settlement of $7 million to charity", when cross examined, she states "I did not lie, I pledged the $7 million, "pledged" and "donated" are synonymous, they mean the same thing." (Day 16 of trial cross examination)
17) Blackmailing Depp with her attorney, trying to make a deal for 3 of the adjoining penthouses where they both lived, 50k monthly expenses, 500k in attorney fees and the SUV Depp let her drive in exchange for not filing the protection order.
18) Her publishing of the op-ed "domestic violence" piece is timed perfectly with the release of Aquaman film, it didn't get published when they divorced, or before, or right after, but instead it was published right when Aquaman was being released and when the "Me Too" movement was grabbing the most headlines.
19) Amber Heard's team desperately tried to stop the trial from being publicly broadcasted while Depp's team made sure it was made public
20) Long time friend and co worker of Amber Heard telling about her hardcore cocaine and drug habit dating all the way back to 2008 when they were close associates, (youtube show called "Steven and Jason" and in the newest episode titled "We need to talk about AH").

22) Allegedly got beaten up for FIVE YEARS and not a SINGLE injury shown on her face, no doctor visits, no dentists, no surgeons, no photos, despite countless appearances in public events and countless photos taken given her celebrity status, many of those public appearances were the night after "the beating", keep in mind the beating were all allegedly done by Depp with "huge chunky" rings on all his fingers, yet after five years of beating, she didn't need to visit the doctors once or show on sign of injury on her face, sounds like her facial bone density and durability of her skin can match that of armor platings.
23) Alleges Johnny slashed the soles of her feet, but was seen the next day walking completely normal, again no doctor visits or treatments of any kind even though she has a personal doctor on retainer.
24) Constantly changing details of her stories and allegations, she's already given 4 different versions of the poop incident, she has said "1: told security guard that she pooped and it was a practical joke gone wrong. 2: Johnny did it to frame her. 3: said it never happened and Johnny was gaslighting her. 4: said the tiny puppies did it."
25) Her lying under oath is not even worth mentioning anymore, there is too many to list, just to list a few in this trial alone. Lying about not receiving any money from Johnny, when in fact she received $7 million. Lying about having donated the money, when in fact she has donated $0 so far. Lying about never assaulted Johnny, when in fact she was recorded admitting to it multiple times. Lying about never assaulted anyone before, when in fact she's assaulted at least 4 that we have evidence of. Lying about her injuries, when a medical record showed absolutely no injuries.
26) She put someone through hell for years, publicly shamed and destroyed his career and life, just so she can be seen as a noble victim and use the attention and sympathy to advance her career and profile. She claims she's never wanted to be seen as a victim and wanted to move on, but appears in countless TV shows and articles talking about her "abuse" and "donation" non stop, literally appeared on every show she could to talk about her being a victim and being noble on the donation that never happened.
27) Amber's own friend, Tillet Wright, a long time close friend with Amber Heard, testified under oath that he's never seen or heard Amber being abused by Johnny Depp.

@@firstlast8258 abusive people don't start abusing straight away. It's a gradual process from being subtle to even murder. Sometimes it takes months, sometimes years. There is no way of knowing in the very beginning what the person will turn out to be and it's hard to see the situation for what it is when you're in the middle of it. The first signs are usually brushed aside as a "bad day" etc.
This is just absolutely not true. Ppl react in different ways in toxic, abusive relationships. If you grew up in it, often, you’re willing to risk, even your life to fight back.

There is apparently only one person on earth who thinks it’s feasible to mistake a teacup terrier’s mess with that of a grown up human being, and it’s Amber Heard. It was never a prank, and completely fits with the behaviours of someone who would throw a full sized bottle of vodka at another person with complete disregard for the likely outcome of horrific injury. This woman has not once taken blame or accountability for anything, not a single thing, not once. I hope she gets the help she clearly needs, because she is clearly, completely bonkers. She should have plenty of time to seek help, because I imagine her phone will be very quiet after all of this is done.

I can tell this was early in her testimony because she was still trying to act out her terrible role as a battered woman. The flustered sobbing responses, choking off words, etc. She stopped all of this pretty quickly when people wondered why she never produced a single tear. "Thrives on drama and toxicity." Perfectly put. My mother treated my father similarly to how it seems Amber treated Johnny. She LOVED telling us lurid stories that portrayed him as a weak, broken man with anger issues who lashed out at her for "trying to help him." As I grew up it became more and more clear what was really happening; she was just constantly testing his patience and even went as far as to cheat on him, just to see what he would do. What he did was agree to a divorce and he never looked back. I do wish that they'd stayed together for my sake, since the divorce affected me badly. But on a personal level I can't blame my Dad for getting away from her. Living with her might have actually turned him into a worse person.
Now I'm Amber Heard's age, which is also how old my Mom was when she defamed my Dad to me, and the emotionally indulgent facial expressions Amber makes when talking about their fights, and how she obviously ENJOYS the telling of it, and paints herself as the strong one (who is nonetheless the victim of course!), and how it's ALWAYS Johnny who is the weirdo, the loser, with embarrassing hangups and failures...It is disturbingly similar to the way my Mom told stories about my Dad.

I’m beginning to wonder if she knows where the pubic bone is. This is the second time she has mentioned him assaulting that particular part of her body in a manner that makes no sense. How would a bottle have hurt your pubic bone if the bottle was inside you? Furthermore, how do you hold someone down by it? You can still move your upper body enough to fight back in that position. Just saying, ONE of us doesn’t seem to have a firm grasp on anatomy and physics, and I’m not completely convinced it’s me.

Whether or not Johnny ever laid a hand on her is irrelevant to this point, because as Adrian stated, nobody should be putting their hands on anyone, especially if they aren't willing and ready to face the consequences (whatever they may be). I don't think they were implying Johnny hit Amber, just that it shouldn't be the sole responsibility of a man to refrain from hitting a woman, which I agree with entirely.

There was unadmitted testimony of her housekeeper finding the poop and telling Amber, but Amber angrily kept insisting there was NO POOP. Not "it must hv been the dog", but an outright lie to the face of an eyewitness that she didn't see what she saw with her own eyes. The housekeeper was in fact the one who had sent the original photo to JD's guard.
She sure does remember EVERYTHING in detail when Johnny "abuses" her but seems to not remember all the other things like what tv show she was on when she said she donated the money, the color pallet she specifically used to hide bruises, etc.

There is no way on Earth that they had a safe word for Truce, the word being couch too, it's too ridiculous. I believe Johnny's explanation. Tbey were fighting, he wanted to leave, she's yelling, he asks her What Does She Want??? And so screams Couch at him, effectively telling him to sit the F--- down cause he's not going anywhere. That's what happened.
The meeting was about his ex lawyer and financial team who had scammed him out of million and million of dollars. If you see the film of him in the lift he is calm when he gets out and is very nervous when he got back in to go to her. He was late and knew she would go of on one. She could not admit that his meeting was with his new lawyers because she would not be able to accuse him of being drunk and out of his head on drugs.
The fact that she paints such a one sided picture where Depp is unequivocally evil mean and cruel, is what makes her account completely unbelievable. Nobody else would describe Depp as mean spirited in his 50+ years on earth. This woman is not only evil, but insane to paint such an unbelievable picture when everybody knows by this point that’s not who Depp is.
Yeap, there is no balance in her account and that's what makes her even less human to the eye of the prosecutor / judge and jury, and probably everyone else in the court. She's blowing any chance of her bringing any semblance of humanity / sympathy for her cause because she is overrexagerating and she has no length of being reasonable in her statements in front of what looks to be more balanced in the corner of Depp.

How do you throw a bottle "through" a canvas? I am a painter. Every painting I have ever seen hung is only inches or less away from the wall behind it, depending on the frame. You can dent one with a bottle perhaps, but the wall will stop it going through. Everything she describes is fantasy when it comes to physical reality.

If Johnny was gone for two days, I couldn’t blame him. I wouldn’t want to argue with her all night either. Johnny’s Mom was on her death bed as well so she should not be a selfish baby because he was late to her stupid party.
This was one of the worst situations of this whole mess. After she passed she mocked and ridiculed him driving his depression on the event even further. Can you imagine not being supportive of a spouse who is grieving the loss of a parent? Depp's mother was a terrible person but kids still remember the good times and when these people pass it is hard to reconcile many feelings with the finality of it all. Yes, we all react in our own ways, handle the aftermath in our own way and deal with the myriad types of pain in our own way. But, everything sounds forced that comes out of her mouth. NONE of her testimony sounds true. Every single experience she's testified about sounds either completely made up OR it's twisted to fit her narrative. This lady is disturbing. Listening to her and watching her acting as if it's a movie is scary in a way. As someone who is still trying to fix myself from a relationship that is extremely difficult. I know that I got to a point where I was 'giving what I got' even though I tried to 'treat him like I wanted to be treated'. There just comes a point when you want the other person to know what it feels like. Problem is that they don't they just twist it around to make it seem like you are the only one who is the one in the wrong and the are the victim. So much that you start to question yourself and wonder if you really are the one who is at fault for everything.
Yeah I mean honestly I think it's getting easier and easier to tell. Just how her eyes are always moving from side to side, the way she pauses and says "and uh..." The way she says "and then" over and over. She's just saying a whole bunch of verbs but giving no actual details and the story isn't clear at all. Honestly I think she's getting more sloppy with how she's trying to tell her stories and they're really starting to just fall apart.
A whole lot of exaggeration with no apparent reason and no argument specifics. So unbelievable

"I might have testified.."
"I think I..."
she never, ever asserts her testimony in case she is caught in a lie, she wants to stick with the maybes and the recalls, but notice how she is very assertive when camille starts her question with "when mister Depp allegedly...." Amber answers the question with "yes when johnny did abuse me, he ...(and so on)"
Its never her fault. Its always someone elses fault
That’s the thing with lies you can’t remember all of them , because she made up so many. If you speak truth it doesn’t change and you can repeat it every time without even think about it because it’s a memory you can recall. I hope they try to charge her with false testimony or lying under oath. I think perjury is the right term ( English isn’t my first language)

She acts like the only possible reason he could not be at home is because he is "on a bender." The guy is one of the biggest stars in Hollywood and he naturally is going to have things to do. She's just providing a completely slanted view of Depp.

There are earlier audio tapes of her trying to prevent Depp from leaving the house just for a couple of hours to go visit his daughter. Can you imagine the jealousy and abandonment Heard must have felt (due to her established personality disorders) when he was probably just trying to spend as much time as possible with his mum and kids at this difficult time?
