Thank you! This visual infographic really helps for someone with no WFM experience and I was just given the textbook and told "here, learn the definition"
I been selling BPM solutions for more 20 years with 4 different software vendors, kudos, you manage to take out all of the hipe and explain things as they are, nice, very nice
A lot of misspellings in this video: 0:01 Managment (Management) 1:37 Ineffeceincy (Inefficiency) 1:40 Productivty (Productivity) 1:44 Effeceint (Efficient)
The way I understand this video is that Workflow management is a way to optimize your current process. However, this is not really the goal of Workflow management. You could use BPM or Lean Six Sigma for this, but Workflow management is a way to get to know your current process. At least, that is what I learned at school.
Check out Enjion.com, they are in open beta right now so its a great time to try out the service for free an they've been adding major new features every 3 months or so. Enjion is a bit different from other workflow mgmt systems in that there isn't a bulky install or adoption period instead you just log in, make an app that your workflow needs and invite team members.
good presentation, but it is all error free when the doctor uses his laptop/desk top. What would prevent him form sending the documents to the wrong insurance company? Anyhow this is a simplified explanation of what is work flow. Not how to do it.
While I like the visual way to represent this field, the field itself is not quite represented well here. Too many tangents, tongue in cheak remarks, etc. A better storyboard would have resulted in a great video to explain newcomers to the field of workflow management. In any case, thanks for sharing.
Congratulations for your video. It is incredible. I would like to insert it in our website. We work in a Quality web site it´s call "pdcahome". we promotionate business, people, blogs...posting articules about quality. We would feel grateful if you let us the honor to publicate it with your the link of your website. Thanks
... and then the medical office hires a dumb person for minimum salary and make them do three jobs at once. I suggest to eliminate insurance companies and the doctor to ask for payment immediatly from the patience. Insurance companies hardly pay anuthing anyway.
