Hi Martha! I get a huge pack from Walmart and I think they're around $10 and I cut them up into little pieces.
You can definitely get the ones from dollar tree but if you're planning on doing a lot of rounds then I think it's a better value for the bigger pack

Maybe Hank was moving furniture! LOL! I have a question - which to do you prefer to use, your Cricut or your Cameo, or does it depend on the project? You are the only person I have watched that I know has both, so I thought I would ask.
LOL .. It definitely depends upon the project because there are things each of them can do that the other can't. I like creating my wood rounds with my Cameo more just because they're easier to cut and move around.

Love your work. Can you please tell me how to get my cricut to cut text 14 x 10.. I know you use 17 inch round and you said you do 14 inch text. My cricut will only cut 3 x5 no matter what sizes i put. Please help me

That stain is soooo beutiful i love it so much!! the way you remove the vinyl i can just watch it for hours. Also the sold on the back is such a great idea for those lovely photos of sold homes so awesome!!

Do you have a list of everything I need I didn’t hear the size of sand paper going to Lowe’s to get everything I only have the round wood so new to this and got a maker so really new to that also but going to give it a try thank you in advance Linda
Hello Linda! I used 220 grit and 80 grit sandpaper :) There is usually a detailed list in all my description boxes :)

Hi Sammie! So, I tried the acrylic paint vs the chalk paint and I think I figured it out - the acrylic needs several coats and takes longer to dry, where the chalk paint only needs one or two coats and dries super quick! Thanks for your suggestions!!

Hey Sammie i need help with finding a computer i recently got a cricut maker. Have been using my phone to use it but would love to get a cumputer but am completely lost is there any that you can recommend i would really appreciate...
So I just recently upgraded to an Apple computer 👩💻 and was so worth the money. It’s will last me at least 8 years, syncs my phone, works great with both my design spaces, I mean I’m just obsessed with it. However, I am no computer wiz whatsoever. That’s just what I have recently purchased and am so happy I invested in it.

Does your chalk paint ever streak when you apply the spar urethane? Mine did.
Hi Tiffany! For that problem do a light spray of matte clear by Rustoleum and then apply your spar and you won’t have that issue

I don’t use stencils often but when you press htv on something and peel the transfer sheet up makes me feel the same way
Yes! I just started playing around with HTV and love that! Just tried my first reversible canvas and am obsessed!
I used 651 to make my first painted wood round & when I pulled the vinyl up it didn’t have crisp lines. I did mod podge before because I’m terrified of bleeds but it didn’t bleed at all, it just has slightly jagged edges. Would you just take a small paint brush to touch it up? This is for a customer so I want it to look good!
Hello Stephanie. I don't use Mod Podge because of that reason. It dries and pulls some of the paint up with it. You can try touching it up but if you're not happy with it you may have to start over.

Wood rounds are very hard to find :(
They are but I know they're coming back. My Home Depot just started restocking them so keep an eye out.

Hi! So my vinyl won't stick to my wood round and I dont know what I'm doing wrong... im trying to make a santa tray and there our tiny words, could that be? I was using the permanent like what you used. Should I just use white vinyl instead of a stencil and painting it?
Hello Ashley. The only reason why your vinyl shouldn't stick to your stained piece of wood is if the stain isn't dry. Most stains are oil based and if it is not dry it won't adhere.

One more question sorry, should I seal the wood before I put on vinyl then, or put the vinyl and seal it all together?

@@ashleyann7383 if you are using it as your design then you should put your clear on before the vinyl.
I don't know what it is, but there is something so mesmerizing about watching someone stain. My question is, if you were to hang this how would you do that? Would you use a couple screw eyes and thread ribbon through them?

@@UnicornDustDesigns when I put the water base poly on after I finish my wood projects, they get little dust or paper stuck to them. How do I avoid that.
I’m going to have to try oramask on my painted signs. Here lately it seems like I’m having more issues with 651 ripping up the paint.

oh gosh…I’m a little confused lol. I’m trying to make a sign like the Realtor sign. I’m trying to figure out once I print the name on the vinyl I don’t know what to do with the transfer tape. I love how you weed away the name and the wood shows. Please help!!!
Hello. The transfer tape is only meant to transfer the vinyl from it's original backing to the wood. Once you place the vinyl on the wood then you peel back the transfer tape. Is that what you are referring to?
