I am from Saudi Arabia we used since we're kids
I will tell you the perfect way to do it.
Cut one onion to four section and3 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon each of rosemary and hibiscus, 2 cups of water and boil for 5 minutes.
. Let the water cool down and rinse off what you added and take only the essence of the water and mix your henna with it after finishing mixed
Add a spoonful of olive oil and a spoonful of castor oil because henna makes hair so dry.
Rinse henna from your hair with out shampoo only water. Do it once a month .💙💙

If you're new to this I would recommend using henna gloss bars or henna tea. You could also add 1 tablespoon to your conditioner. Do a henna mask once a month or every other month. Cury Proverbs has videos on how to use henna. I did the henna mask every two weeks and my hair was extremely thick. I didn't know what to do with it because I don't use heat on my hair lol

Yes yes does exactly what I use Cassia!! I've been using this since 2015 and that's what this as well as other herbs due to your hair. I would be careful if you are relaxed. I know that with chemically treated hair, henna can cause a chemical reaction that can cause severe damage, ask a liscence specialist or google may be helpful

This cassia and it has no dye
honestly, I have used regular henna for years. if you have dark hair your hair won’t turn red lol. you might see some brownish tones in the direct sunlight that’s it. the dye can’t lift your hair color that can only be done with bleach
