Memorial Video created for Dr. Thaddeus C. Radzilowski, co-founder and President of the Piast Institute. This video was shown at the 100th Anniversary of the Hamtramck Public Library commemorative dinner on November 15, 2018. Dr. Radzilowski was an inductee to the library's Hall of Fame.
Dr. Radzilowski passed away on July 20, 2018.
