I had the choice of going to Japan for this very concert in a huge arena, or going a few weeks earlier and seeing them in small venues. I chose the small venues. First time I saw them was in a tiny basement club with a max capacity of 350. No lasers or backscreens. No security or barriers. Tiny stage. A 2+ hour set, no support bands or encores. Very intimate, hot and sweaty. (Saw them four times in nine days - different set every time too). Prefer it to stadiums any day!
350 capacity? That’s insane. 10th anniversary finale looked amazing and seeing those flashback montage during Forward would have had me attacked by onion ninjas, but how can you pass up being so close for four shows with the Maids? I would have made the same call.

(Happy fatigue thereafter 😄) In addition, my wife and I witnessed this song played live again last night (July 14, Japan time) in Yokohama. Our seats were in the 3rd row and just in front of Misa's position and very close to Miku's. This old couple in matching Maid shirts were in heaven. 😍
I think Miyako-san of Lovebites did that. She was walking around in Spain when she heard folks playing inside a bar. She walks inside and tells them she played some guitar and they let her play. lol, guess what happened next? 😂

MISA !!! the Barefoot Bass Assassin , when MISA joined BAND-MAID , she was using a FenderJazz Bass 4 string from 2013 to around 2016 were MISA switched to 5 string Bass`s , Misa`s Bass`s are made by Black Cloud Customs to her spesifications , don`t know if they only make bass guitars or if they do regular guitars also , they are a small operation company in Japan .
