You didn’t address one of the most difficult aspects… getting the cartridge off the insert.

Why is it so hard to get the lid off and on again? It is really challenging for me 6:17

I agree, sometimes this is near impossible! I have had to use a screwdriver to loosen the filter at the bottom, but this is not an easy process. Any tips?

I do get it apart, but I have to use a rubber mallet and bang around it for a while. Then it is still a challenge but eventually comes off

My filter lid will not come or no matter what I do.
I already removed the black ring, but the two halves refuse to come apart.
