Im having "one of those days" while being in rehab. I chose to be here, and this video actually calmed me down by simply telling me to take ownership of my decision.
I see now how I WAS projecting my frustration/stress out on the world.
Thank you. It helps to hear some simple truths at times.

Very informative! I feel less stressed and more motivated to change things in my own life to better deal with my stress and anxiously. I am in college and have been constantly feeling stressed and overwhelmed this year with classes and homework. So now when I get stressed I will not go and watch UA-cam for an hour to get my mind off of the things that are stressing me out but instead I will exercise and or talk with friends and family.

I have that too, I feel that it is due to the environment that I am in, I just need a break from everyone and everything.
I do not like to be utilised as if I am a tool, I do not wish to be affiliated with other people's needs and make my own secondary,
all of my personal negative thoughts is related to people, or somehow a catalyst by people.
It is almost as if I can find peace for myself if I go on a lonely adventure, or find a habitual environment where there is no human contact for 3-5 years.
Just block civilisation and every other type of human interaction.
Do you feel the same way too?

nice Video Leo. thanks fo that. I have an experience with me going to the Gym , I found that the "commitment" to going to the Gym results in another kind of stress sometimes I blame myself for not going to the Gym as "I suppose" to do and not to waste the money I paid for the subscription , now, I stopped going to the Gym I do exercises at home and outdoors , I'm laid back and taking it easy.

This video itself is surprisingly stress relieving lol. I have already taken most of these steps but still have anxiety and stress and after watching this video putting it all back into perspective really helps. My specific problem is I'm stressed about my heart condition. After spending the weekend in a hospital bed, I was diagnosed with an atrial fibrillation which is an irregular heart rhythm, and u can probably guess that stress and anxiety make it worse. I guess I've just been stressing out over my own mortality and how little I've done to accomplish my dreams of traveling as a wealthy philanthropist film maker.

There is stress everywhere and all the time. I think a big part of relieving stress is to remove yourself from the situation, take a step back and breathe. We often get caught up in the day to day tasks and forget to take care of ourselves mentally and emotionally!

Before I watched this video, I've watched your video about how to stop being a victim.
Still I find stress, and I'm very well aware that I do it myself. Even getting too excited for something positive in my life causes me stress, physical stress mostly. And I know I have been doing this myself. but I don't know how to NOT do it. I don't know how to relax again. I've started meditating, but I noticed that during the day, when I work, my muscles are getting very tense and it hurts. and I don't know how to relax in THAT moment. I know I can meditate and relax and do exercises or whatever later when I'm home. but I really wish for stress relief in the moment, especially for my body.

Irina Wolf You stress more and more, because you do one these three things, fight, flee or resist to things happening. However what you need to do is very simple, just EMBRACE whatever coming, do not fight your stress, do not flee from your stress, do not resist to your stress, just invite your stress and embrace it with all you heart, and it will fade away. Embrace love, anger, hate, stress, anything... Please read this book "Radical Acceptance" - Tara Brach, you will see amazing change in your life.

All I ever do is stay in the house and watch videos, and I feel as though I am not living a full life. So, I smoked weed to stimulate my brain. But, thanks to you I have realized that that isnt the right way to live. It isnt healthy to stay in the house without even trying help you be a better person. In this case I want to share , I have tried all the various positive and negative techniques to come out of stress on my own. It felt to be a temporary solution Until I met my Guru, An Enlightened Master, Paramahamsa Nithyananda who radiates and is established in the cosmic bliss Eternally. Just by getting initiated by HIM the very word Stress became so irrelevant in my life now.

to calm my stress in school because I'm always being bullied and exams are going on, because of this I became a bad student. I started skipping school almost everyday and when I was in school I would refuse to do work and was out. yesterday I got so stressed and went on a rampage punching walls kicking bins over swearing at the teachers, getting into fights with people pissing me off.

is so sad that you are having to face those things that are unacceptable. if you saw this video the reaction you are having for your anxiety its not the best beacuse in long term it is afecting Yourself more. Speak up about you being bullied. try to be a good student because thateducation is for yourself. you are worth to be happy and by reacting that way you are hurting yourself more, find things that make you happy, but sincerly speak up about the people who are hurting you it will make you free you dont have to suffer you deserve to be free and happy. dont give up you are valuable.

I have serious questions I would like to ask you, I am not mocking you.
Did we choose to be born?
Did we choose who are parents and schooling and surroundings etc. were when we grew up?
    Thank you,
    Namaste.

Thank you. Ive been feeling really stressed lately for _very_ nerving and personal reasons. This really helped. I've been watching those click-baiting "MOST SATISFYING VIDEO EVER" videos and ASMR lately because it helps sometimes. But this was probably more helpful than any of those. :').
