PLEASE NOTE: The UK government have announced an increase in fees from 4 October 2023. We discuss this in this article which we update on the first or second day of each month: www.migrate.org.uk/fiance-visa-uk-fees-cost/

I’ve appreciated your helpful videos. If an applicant pays for the priority service, allowing them to keep their passport and travel to the UK while awaiting the visa result, would they need to return to their home country after receiving the result to re-enter with the visa documents?

Its sooo expensive.. mad realistically because its so easy to get declined if you don't also pay around 2k going rate for a solicitor, who will also tell you its not 100percent , because it never is and literally can boil down to who is siting in front of your application on the day?

      Hi @tangawi6580,
To avoid complications, the bank statements should show both in-going and out-going transactions.
      Kind regards,

Hi thankyou so much for these video series they are proving extremely helpful and you guys as solicitors look amazing! Just one question id you don't mind, some people are telling me about a '28 days rule' for financial requirements, could you clarify if those documents such as payslips etc should be lwithin 28 days or older than 28 days!!
    Please and thank you ❤

      Hi @jamessawyer2214,
      You are most welcome!
The 28-day rule, as it applies to the financial requirement, requires the document, or the most recently dated part of it, to be dated no earlier than 28 days BEFORE the date of application (the date the application is submitted by paying the Home Office fee).
      I hope the above helps.
      Kind regards,
      The Migrate.org.uk team.
