Asking mainy in regards to the passport copy of the sponsor's bio page (partner who is not a UK citizen but a EU settled status resident). I didn't see any information that we need to make the copies 'certified,' even though some Immigration forums state that documents need to have apostille on them? From your experience, is that even a thing? Would it be a failure if the scan of the passport is just like that, a pdf scan without any stamps to confirm it is authentic? Same with mariage certificate and other out of UK documents.
