    I don’t mean to sound harsh, but you can’t really call this young lady “totally innocent”. I mean, she’s involved in organized crime by association. You can’t make life decisions like that, and then be shocked if and when you get caught up in it. Make better choices w/ who you choose to associate with, otherwise you just might get caught up.

      One word. MONEY!!! Didn’t you hear how much money was stolen from one of the drug dealers ? Women like this are attracted to the money drug dealers and gangsters have which gives them access to a nice things. Sadly they often don’t understanding the danger they’re in because they don’t understand how dangerous that lifestyle is. Drug dealers and gang members die everyday and everyday someone is looking for one of them. It’s just a matter of you being with them at the wrong time. You have to ask yourself why someone with successful career is with a man with a guy like that. It’s the money! It’s not like he has a job or a career. He sells drugs.

She's not innocent herself, going from one gang member to his enemy certainly added to the animosity between them. • @benhart777
      @benhart777 6 місяців тому +5

      That’s not true. The judge was just following the sentencing guidelines as he’s meant to.
      The sentence reflects the significant aggravating factors and lack of any mitigating factors whatsoever; 1) murder with a firearm puts the starting point up from 15 to 25; 2) the fact she was murdered in her own home is shocking 3) it was part of some bullshit gang feud she had nothing to do with, and 4) there was a ‘significant degree of planning and premeditation’ plus 5) there’s the attempted murder convictions - even though the sentences are concurrent, the sentence for the main offence is increased to reflect the totality of the offences. Plus the firearms offences. I don’t know why people think we have short prison sentences in the UK; we don’t. We have longer prison sentences than pretty much anywhere on earth (twice as long as most of Europe) with the one exception of the US, where people routinely get sentences of life without parole, often with zero judicial discretion. It’s a system often completely without mercy, and for the land of the free there are an awful lot of people in prison; over 1.5 million which is insane, nearly 1 in every 10 men will spend time in or prison at some time in their life which is insane, its actually 5% of white men, 30% of black men, 1 in every 100 men will be murdered. Again, I’m sure the percentage is much higher for black men. We need to follow America’s example like we need a hole in the head

      Denmark for example, the longest sentence that can be given for any crime is 21 years. The prisons are much more hi tech there and many prisoners have hobs in the outside free world and just return to the jail to sleep. Guess what, they have far less reaffending. Our prison system doesn't work. Prison is about rehabilitation, not revenge. Revenge doesn't work, it doesn't return things to how they were before the crime. I have 2 laugh Every time somebody says a big-time drug dealer gang members. They are literally baby face there’s college students there scarier looking than these kids and to top it off this incident that started the whole thing was it four years before this crime even happened so revenges I guess takes a little while there and she wasn’t with him in 2018 when this happened so maybe he kept that side of his life a little bit separate from her because I don’t know about you but here in America most gang members don’t have girlfriends that work her or anything worth more than a blurb and a hip-hop or porn video she was actually somebody doing something with her life so obviously she wasn’t living off his money. She was dating a wanker scary scary do you think if she had known she would’ve really put herself in that situation and honestly it doesn’t seem like she probably really was all involved in the dark world just do the fact that she had a very good job and I’ll tell you what I can speak from experience I thought I was hard-core at 18 years old and then I started dating my kids. His father, who was very very high up ranking gang member and I didn’t know crap until you’re in that world and thank God, I was able to get away after he was incarcerated but unfortunately my kids pay the price with having a piece of 💩father. That’s why you don’t have children with who you’re dating at 18 you’re not intelligent enough to make the decisions the right way a rich girl from a good sub urban dating a hard-core gang member from the hood in the city all because it was so cool and now my grown children who are great citizens pay the price for having a crappy gang member 50 year old father who still is doing the same crap he was at 24 in and out a prison. All I have to say is when we’re young we date dumb so don’t blame her for her death. That’s pathetic.
