Just archery, some blather too sometimes, but mostly archery.
I shoot to get better, and to clear my head of the bullshit. So don't expect perfection, it's not my goal.
This channel is just sharing my journey in archery and hoping to inspire someone to pick up a bow along the way.
The videos in my form check playlists are only for my own self checks. So I can assess my form and keep track of my progress. Not really for external critical analysis.
Hopefully the video is somewhat interesting/amusing/inspiring, or at the very least, shows you what NOT to do ;)

It looks good, have you lifted off the ground and let the bottom flow freely. What is your drawl length.

It mostly hangs free now, just brushing the ground. I have a piece of chain tied to it to keep the thing from blowing all over the place and knocking my target stand over, but it's free hanging now with lots of folds. Stops everything I shoot at it up to 45#. I haven't had a single penetration after shooting this video. My daughter shot at it with her microdiameter easton espires on her 20# bow and they wouldn't penetrate either. My draw is 31.5", but I'm pretty sure that the phantom copy that I have, that's rated for 45# is actually closer to 55#. I don't have a way to measure it to 28", but on my fingers and my bow scale, it's in the 60s. So it's a wonky bow. No way that net will stop it.

This is only good for 45# bows? I was hoping I could use it at an adult range. Bummer

I think that the size of point, arrow diameter, and the size and type of fletching is important. higher power shots might get stopped if the arrows were big, bad assed arrows haha. those skinny arrows used by a lot of folks would probably be looking in the woods for their arrows with high powered bows.

    What distance are you firing?
