- These are my primary strength exercises for the moment as they are serving me well.
There are assistant exercises as well but these are the main drivers in my program currently. - Спорт

1:46 Stone Squats
3:15 Front Squats
4:11 One Arm Overhead Press
5:39 Pull-ups
7:00 Shrugs

Solid program! I've typically done mostly metcon based training but this last year I've been adding in a lot more strength training as well. It's been making a big difference and you have a role in that, so thank you! Keep the videos coming! Hopefully you're starting to build up a bigger audience and client base to help you on your journey!

I don't have a stone I can squat with, so I'm gonna use the monster sandbag. Hearing all the benefits you get from that movement, I got to include it again.

Thanx for this vids.. im busy starting strength traning and didn't have a program and saw this come up today and it looks short and sweet but effective so thanx for that mate 👍
One more thing.. what do you do for your lower and mid traps? Wouldn't they go a long way for upper body strength for scapula on the bench? Thanx..
The stone squats mate hit it hard and so does the one arm press - they have to work hard from a stabilizing point of view

Hi, i just wanted to know when you train deadlift cause you mentioned it in this video but didnt train it. Am i missing something or do you do deadlifts the week after this one because of CNS recuperation?

stone squats and zercher squats looks quite similar....
They are similar but the stoen squats pull you forward a lot more.
You do look a lot better with the haircut and beard cut
