Answer: because lighter weights don't make you bulky like heavy weights, gurph just wants to be tone

I can't state enough how much my lifts go up when I watch proficient lifters do their thing. Just watching you and I find my own faults and subsequent epiphanies that follow that. I'm sitting here on the toilet and realizing why we need to be patient off the floor 😅.

Heaiver? I would love to accomplish those numbers. The Irish Fridge is in "power save" mode to maintain reliability and looks awesome!

What kind of percentages do you recommend majority of training in for deadlifts? I’m starting to think I’m training too heavy and stagnating my progress

Does the light training count as "working set" in the sense of 15 sets per muscle group per week? I train since 15 years and only recently started weightlifting to try something new, therefore i.e. my snatch is way below what it should be according to my squat. Is it still part of my back/leg work or is it simply technique?

If you just recently started weightlifting then it's always technique 😂

What is the decision behind not 'finishing' the block snatches?

Less fatiguing so you can focus on what matters (I’m a shit lifter but I’m pretty sure that it)

After a certain level, the stand up is not the hard part. So you might as well save the energy and put it all into the bit that matters

It's intrusive for some people who train and don't use social media but I'll look out for some of my training partners who wouldn't care

WDYM you shouldn'tve been able to do the 140? As if all the training you did in the past doesn't count any more? Bro your body is permanently changed from the training you've done, having some time off snatching doesn't mean you're gonna atrophy all that work away.

Neurological priming is a big thing too. If you haven’t lifted 140 in a while it can feel significantly heavier than if you’ve been lifting closer to that or basing your percentages off that on the way up etc.
