      Ha ha thanks mate, I do own a foot stool and also a wheelie stool/seat but I didn't have either that day, you know when your doing diy at home and you bring your tools in and then the next day at work you realise the stuff you forgot to put back in the van? 🤣
      Definitely looking forward to 2022 and yes I will be in touch! 💪🏻

      Thanks Bill, it was one of those dents where everything went as planned so I was pleased with that, as you know it doesn't always go like that 😀

    Nice clean job, what light was that, did you place the lines on the light or can I order it that way?

    • @LearnPDROnline
      @LearnPDROnline  2 роки тому

      It's the Elimadent V3 light with the standard lens and I added the lines to half of the lens myself, super easy to do, I like tight lines so the width of mine are 3mm, black coach lines aka go faster stripes ha ha

    Good video and very informative Tom, by the way is that blending hammer you used from pdrprotools and if so is the hammer head stainless steel?..
    Many thanks

      Thanks buddy, yes carbon fibre blending hammer from pdrprotools along with those tips and they are stainless steel, glad you enjoyed the video! Enjoy the rest of your festive break!

    Great video again Tom,is the roof the hardest to do

    • @LearnPDROnline
      @LearnPDROnline  Рік тому +1

      Thanks Anthony, personally I quite like doing roofs depending on the damage of course. Some panels are of course harder to work on due to lack of access to certain areas but its usually the damage itself as opposed to the panel its on. This particular dent was fairly easy and came out as I had hoped but if the damage was sharper or deeper into the panel it may have been to much for my glue pull process and require the interior being stripped out for access at which point roofs can be a pain if they need R&I :)

    Hi Tom
    Great video!!
    Any particular reason why you chose a different make of blending hammer and not the longer Shane Jacks
    Asking because I need a longer one and I also use the standard Shane Jacks,
    thanks in advance,

    • @LearnPDROnline
      @LearnPDROnline  Рік тому +1

      HI Andy, thank you. Did you also see the full length version of this particular video is available within our membership training? To answer your question, I get on really well with the smaller Shane Jacks blending hammer as you know, however I do not currently own the XL version. I saw this carbon fibre one available from PDR pro tools when it first came out and I wanted to test it out. So the only real reason is that I was testing another product. It works well but I cant honestly compare to the SJ XL as I haven't tried it. Its dearer but I would also expect it to be better especially if you are already used to working with the smaller version...
