Interesting.... never known a hook style index finger release to be called a hinge.... i have heard a hinge to be something like the scott longhorn, or trufire sear.... and never heard a thumb button to be called a back tension i thought “back tension” was the way/form used to get any style release to fire including index style releases....... learn new stuff every day thanks man! Matt Robison ya look at that ghost and it is a “hinge” even tho it looks like a hook because of how it works. The “thumb trigger” if set right is still supposed to work exactly like a back tension.

Evolved Bowhunting Outdoors so would you consider a resistance release like the evolution from carter a back tension or just a resistance
