Josh maybe the thermostat on the thing is whacked out comes on on its own like a gremlin instead of cycling when it gets cold and it’s gets hot it’s cold and gets hot. I don’t know just a thought.

I have been shafted twice on lights from Amazon, Never Again. I will gladly pay three times as much to get them from an American/Canadian company.

+ Could it be that they sell spare moister sucking plug replacements that you can air those for a while then keep switching , don’t think they r that smart ! I would make my own ! or install a little drainage tube instead of these plugs .

Maybe a tarp at the front would deflect the wind and improve fuel mileage.good luck from 🇬🇧

+ A way to clean these heaters from the oils and crystallized diesel in their intake is doing what you did before but instead of feeding it kerosene from the intake either using pressured air cans and some kind of cleaner “break cleaner” spray can or even a small vacuum car cleaner adopted to the feeding tube by some duck tape and spraying the cleaner from the opposite way from the nuzzle . They do this with the propane “Buddy” heaters after taking them apart at the beginning of each season .
Also a spare portable diesel heater ( costs $169.00 Cand. ) that can be used any where is not a bad idea in case of emergency .

I wouldn't be worried about the moisture yet. If the light was 'sealed' is warmer temperatures, then the air in the light had some moisture/humidity already. Once the temp cooled, it just condensates on the lens, reverse of a cold glass of water on a hot summer day. Follow those directions for the lights and it should fix it just fine. Thermodynamics are a blast sometimes!
