Tim you're human! You are raising a stand up young man. He's not into video games like some kids his age. He wants to carry on the Gentry and sons legacy when it's your time to hand down the business to him. You are in good hands my friend. Also it's good to see a softer side of you. You are a genuine human being. We need more Tim Gentry's in the world blessings to you and the family

Tim You should find a wrecked Truck with a good frame that already has a 5th wheel and Cut the frame off and Cut the other frame off and weld the 5th wheel onto the Cabover. Sure would be so much easier on You and a lot faster time wise and a whole less work.

You're a manly man, you are allowed to unleash a few tears now and then. We aren't judging you. We are commending you on your fatherly skills and your knowledge you are teaching Braxton. We love you all. Don't ever stop doing what you're doing. When the time comes Braxton will take that company to the next level and keep the family business alive. You and Ashley are great parents and a great family. Love and Blessings to you and your family this holiday season and throughout the year. We hope 2024 brings more happiness and business. Gabe, yall just moved my husband to tears. He does get on social media but he does watch yall on YT and asked me to post this comment.
Yall are such a blessing to so many, we hurt when yall hurt and pray for your sweet little family.
We've had a rough year too with the loss of his father, trucks and equipment down, you name it. Some days we feel like we're on auto pilot not accomplishing anything...
One thing we know like you do is that God is faithful. We'll all get through these trials to whatever God has for us on the other side.

Gee Tim, from where do you think Brax gets that Texas sized big heart? It is from you and mama, and your dad and the people you surround yourselves with. Over and above all the great content you and your crew create, and watching you help others even when you are down, and watching your enterprise survive and thrive after such a devastating fire, the most impressive and the most important thing is the success of the family. Your tears (and now mine), are well earned and deserved. Cheers from Texas.

First off Brax is awesome and reminds me of the way my kids are! Glad to see the hustle in him and you as well. Been watching your channel for a probably a year now and this is my first comment. You’re as actually right that sometimes we have to let our emotions out as men. My family and I have been through a lot of loss and suffering over the past few years and it can really weigh on you as a person and a daddy. Just always remember to god be the glory and we can do all things through Christ that strengthens us. One daddy to another, you are doing a great job of raising Brax and always keep our savior first! Love the videos and keep em coming!

Tim, you left him home during the fire to protect him like any good father would do. Brax I'm sure feels that he should have been there to protect you. That is not common in kids of any era. He is pure love. Congratulations on raising the son that most wish for.

First off MERRY CHRISTMAS to everyone! As far as blind siding it, Braxton you nailed it. I'm retired now but used to do heavy haul. On the passenger side is your sun visor. Get a long vanity mirror and attach it to the inside of the sun visor. When blind siding, flip it down and set it to where you can see the trailer and all the objects you have to contend with. Don't use one that is magnified. It makes life so much easier. Braxton, you remind me so much of my son who turns 51 this year and is still trucking. He runs a 900 kw with an 86-inch sofa sleeper.

Gentry & Sons Trucking I just want to say even though You (Tim) didn't drive a lot of solo runs your content was still great. Do not be so hard on yourself, a panic attack can be very scary and I don't blame You for not wanting to risk it. Just like today, I really enjoyed seeing Mr. Braxton blind side like a grown man again, as usual, You kid is amazing and He has been doing this for years. Braxton really does driver better than most drivers on the road today. It has been a wild but, entertaining year .Even though, You were faced with a insurance mistake and then later the fire, your channel is still my favorite, You masterfully steered your company to a very profitable year with some amazing jobs and by updating your equipment. Moreover, as You said, it was alright that You didn't do a lot of custom builds because as You said "My 1st priority is to keep my company in business" and loyal viewers like myself understand that. Tim, You made some really smart moves and I believe that that will continue. Keep Up The Great Work Merry Christmas To You and Family and Happy New Year to All of You. God Bless

do what fsc trucking did with his stacks. as for the 3rd axel. move the battery's to a frame mounted box. and put a 23k tag on it running low pro 22.5s and run tall rubber 24.5s on the drives and maybe 3.73 rears. plenty of ground clearance. just make sure the drives are min 40k otherwise you will break something. as for the hitch, you can fab up a recessed hitch point for it and still keep it.

Brax killed it backin that trailer in. Tim, im 28 and ive had my cdl for a little over a year now, and you and this channel was a huge inspiration for me getting it. i work for my dad construction company and i drive our dumps and lowboy as well as operate, and i remember being just like Brax when i was a kid. i always wanted to be in the shop or on a job in a machine with my dad or riding in the trucks with my grandfather. there is something very special about a family business not many people get to experience, and we are damn lucky (even though we may fight sometimes) it makes work fun when you are surrounded by the people you love and who love you and who you look up to (my father and grandfather) my grandfather is 81 and still works every day. and ive learned so much from him and am so thankful for it. You're raising him right, and its really refreshing to see, especially in todays world where most kids are selfish and entitled.

Tanner here I’m 31 years old I found y’all channel about a few months ago. I’ve watched almost every single one of your videos I’m new to UA-cam. I look forward to seeing more and more videos it encourages me to be a better person and go for my dreams to someday drive a truck. My back ground I love big trucks and I have all my life I don’t have a CDL maybe some day. but my truck driving buddies have let me drive there trucks in the parking lot throughout the years I’ve been on some loads as well my buddy just let me drive his brand new 2024 freightliner, brand new it had 200 miles on it the other day sweet truck i got to drive it a few feet in the parking lot. I know how much Braxton loves trucks i was the same way back when I was his age. When I was nine years old was when I first started loving a 18 wheelers and drove servals sense then. That nine year old boy now owns a dodge ram Dooley aka me at age 31 i pull my 20 foot car hauler almost everyday I own a lawn care business my self as well. I want you to know I want to come up and visit you and Braxton sometime soon. my mom‘s friend lives in Sweetwater. Hopefully we can go visit them and come visit y’all tell Braxton I am his biggest fan I was just like him back then. I would love to create an awesome awesome video with him and you I want to challenge you both to a 18 wheeler backing up a trailer contest but to the next next level I’m pretty good at it as well. Maybe someday I’ll get to come visit
Tell Braxton my quote I created several years ago. (Dream Big you never know when that big dreams will come true live life and love God). Tell him a lot of my big dreams came true over the years.
My Truck Driver buddy told me this if you want something bad enough, you gotta make it happen and that’s what I’ve been working on for many years those words have been with me for about 23 years now
I want you to know that I pray for all the truck drivers and stay safe out there. Look forward to hearing from you soon.

Tim I know what it’s like to have a son that wants to do everything with you. My 12 year old son is the exact same way as brax. And I was that same way with my dad growing up. Brax is an amazing kid and his laugh is freaking awesome by the way.

Tim, thanks for sharing. It does really warm your heart and wet your eyes when you hear those stories. I think it would be great to have Braxton on or behind the camera doing Braxton episodes for the channel. He is doing so great and progressing so much. one sidenote, when you are pointing the camera and filming things, it’s always 3° or more to low. And I definitely see this channel climbing over 500,000.

Sometimes a man cries to relieve the stress he’s been under for many months, sometimes years. People should admire a man who can show his emotions and it doesn’t make you any less of a man. Have a great 2024, Tim.

The shop disaster video was the first one I saw and then subscribed.
I was just thinking that it's almost a year since then, about 2 weeks away. It hit me hard because I too lost my business to fire, my 100 seat Cafe I built up as a life long chef ( and class A driver to help pay the bills) Anytime i see it I have flashbacks to my loss, as you will too. It's a club I wish we didn't belong too, but we do, and I guess those problems test us and make us stronger. Crazy how a chef/ truck driver found your channel but here we are. Life is long ride and we get better at it the more we fight.
Braxton is one hell of a driver, blindside with a sleeper truck on 1 try and gets it straight as an arrow is a skilled driver and a young man to be proud of. It's hard to not see them as our little guys all the time, but they do grow up, and he is a reflection of you and your families love.
Congratulations on your boy becoming a young man.

I drove for 32yrs and then I broke my spine in 2015 and I will never drive again because of my injury I miss it every day every year. I would love to drive across the USA again but it would probably take a toll on me. As I see all the beautiful trucks on the road. It almost makes me feel sad, I miss our trucks and driving it and just going. Wish I could still do that. God bless God speed may he watch over you and keep you and your family safe amen 🙏 🙌 ❤️

Your a heck of a father! Brax you are a exceptional young man. Your work ethic is something that everyone needs to have. You should be very proud of yourself and never let anyone tell you any different. Keep working hard and teaching today's younger generation what a hard working and honest young man should be like.
