Wanted some nice dumbell all arround workouts. Now im not searching anything anymore. Your Move Daily is about anything I need. Just adding some yoga and more stretches weekly and I am in the best form of my life. Thanks!

In Colorado Mountains for a few weeks and my view is Pikes Peak! Great workout. Brought my bands and some weights from Minnesota :) The hikes are amazing and can feel the difference in my calf muscles. I get it why you hike so much when it’s so close and available to you.
Liked this one a lot, thanks! I have come to prefer the 43ish-minute workout, especially for weekdays. It feels doable with the time I have and long enough to make it a more impactful workout. THANKS!
