    This is one of my favorites! I love the 3 part combos bc you can plan ahead and know what is coming. Fun, easy and practical. Love a no repeat!

    Well this certainly was a FIERY workout! 🔥This is one of my favorite formats of yours, where we start with one move and build on it. I also always love alternating strength with cardio in a workout. The best of both worlds all in one! 😁

    Really great workout Tracy! Ican't believe you can think of exercises to do while doing the workout! I get complete brain fog when I work out and can't even think or talk! You are amazing..

    Hello! Im a guy 37 years young, moving 5-7 days a week with your and now Straton workouts. Im keeping my routine about 1.5 year right now, and found your videos about half year ago. Wanted some nice dumbell all arround workouts. Now im not searching anything anymore. Your Move Daily is about anything I need. Just adding some yoga and more stretches weekly and I am in the best form of my life. Thanks!

    In Colorado Mountains for a few weeks and my view is Pikes Peak! Great workout. Brought my bands and some weights from Minnesota :) The hikes are amazing and can feel the difference in my calf muscles. I get it why you hike so much when it’s so close and available to you.

    Wow what an amazing fiery strength & cardio workout.
    The rounds are a blast the variety was fun and intense. But with the same dumbells in every round it’s not so tough.😅
