i do long jump tomorrow and im not the best at it. Im realy nervous its also my first time so we haven't really done much on it because the coach that does jumps has been working on high jump and hurdles. wish me luck.

I think I'm pretty good 4.82 on my 10th ever jump is pretty good in my opinion at age 13
