Hi! Thanks for the video. I've poured candles before but you make it seem super easy!! Question: do you add fragrance to your wax? if so, what is your process? Thanks again!
Great video. Thankyou. So quick question, you don't weigh you wax out to get the right amount and you don't worry about the temperature as long as it's melted? If so, game changer 🙂
i do'nt worry about it. i do reheat it with a heat gun sometimes to get things level and pretty if needed though. sorry for the late reply Julia - really late! -mj
never seen wood wicks before...what kind of wood is it? or is it many kinds? Do you buy the wicks pre-made or do you cut them yourself? We are about to make candles with the kids for the first time but we did not get the wicks yet.
i'm not sure what kind of wood it is? I got them from the candle supply store :). alternatively, i have used shavings from my kids whittling chips which have worked! Which is also really cool! you can set it with clay instead of the fancy metal setting hardware. Keep it real organic :)
yes maam! you can pick them up at www.amazon.com/outpostpottery, www.etsy.com/shop/OutpostPottery, or www.outpostpottery.com/shop. Thanks for asking Jennifer! -mj
