Did you perform a injector balance test to make sure there was no clogged injectors ?

No, I didn't. The customer had confirm that she had fuel injection service done sometime in 2020.

Definitely, that is a good point to bring up. Dirty injectors can cause slow response activity from an O2 sensor.
