Dealing with a 2008 bmw 328i p0171 and 174 bank 1&2 too lean. Smoked the whole car and nothing. +20 fuel trims drop closer to 0 upon raising rpms. Any ideas?
Not too familiar with BMW, but you may also have bad intake manifold gaskets that may not show up with a smoke test. Have you tried spraying brake cleaner around suspect areas for vacuum leaks?

Was your smoke test done with a cold engine?
Have you checked your brake booster for internal or external leaks?
