Great video man well done I have 2012 already finished, I like your sink and cupboard area I don't have a sink and water tank area yet.Great job all the way around amazing job.
This is the best layout and design I’ve seen. So clean and simple, yet covers all the bases with comfort and ease. Totally livable! Only thing I could think to add is the possibility of a hanging bar across the back if people wanted to hang clothes for wear or just to dry. But overall this is TOP NOTCH!
Thank you! Yeah I spent quite a bit of time running wires and used about a million zip ties! Lol. Very happy on the outcome and thanks again for the compliment:)

You might add a folding cutting board that folds up against the electrical area to avoid splashes. The backside of the cutting board could be a mirror to open the space up even more. So electronics covered = mirror showing, electronics not covered = cutting board down in use. Superb work
Everything was designed to stay put while driving with the idea that it might be taken off-road....the last thing you want is stuff flying all over the place! 😂

As someone in the entertainment business who has worked with many "Hollywood" celebrities, I must say you are a great personality. Natural! Do more videos, you have a real talent for on-camera work. I see you as another Mike Rowe (Dirty jobs) and of course a real craftsman. Thanks!

Very humbled that so many people have watched and commented (mostly positive) on this video that it has definitely inspired me to take it seriously :)
pretty cool. i bet that took an insane amount of work. Lots of great ideas. I couldnt handle those windows tho, i would want them 100% covered. Makes it feel like your hanging out inside a van instead of a home like space.
thanks, yeah I put a lot of hours into that build. Agreed on the windows especially after doing a few vans now....the less windows the better. starting with a commercial van with no windows is ideal as you can always add them during the build.
Really nice build, video and description. You probably discovered by now (as did almost every e-series owner) - heat only comes out in the lower vents on the drivers side floor and air conditioning only comes out in those ceiling vents. It actually works pretty good like that since heat rises and cool air sinks.

👍Terrific. Thanks for sharing. 💝 While I do LOVE the bar idea....I wonder if policing officers would have an issue with the bar and opened alcohol in the vehicle.😩
The bar is definitely designed to only be used at camp and I am highly against drinking and driving. With that said, as long as you aren't drinking and driving, it should not be a problem. The bar is not accessible (can't reach it) by either the driver or passenger from the front seats.
I love this build. The kitchen is almost exactly what I was planning for my build, so it was really nice to see it done and see how well it functions in the van. Thank you!
One of the few conversion vans that left the rear heating and cooling vents💪..i have that idea... because most get rid of it.. when i see alot of use with it too...
Like yourself I am 6'2" as well.. and I've been wanting to do a build but I can't sleep sideways like many vans show the sleeping arrangement. This is perfect... And I noticed that you can sleep a couple of people very comfortably. Thank you!
Awesome, glad you liked it and thanks for watching! PS, love your handle, you'll get a kick out of my next project...hoping to start the new series "Cyborg" this week!
I have watched many conversion videos and this is by far the best thought out. I like that the sink is near the door for ease of filling/emptying. Most have it on the other side of the van. This makes much more sense! Swivel captain's chair was also genius.
It is the best design I have seen, simple clean I have the same van and I will follow your example. Thank you, I am Carlos, you will hardly read all the comments but your video is one of the best in that line.
This is so stealth, as you said, so that you can park it anywhere and probably not get hassled by authorities or broken into for parking/sleeping for a short period of time. And a window van makes it even more "soccer mom" looking. I prefer just a panel van but that gives it away more as a camper which, in Cali, apparently is targeted by towns for ticketing if you park overnight curbside. Your design, layout, and work quality shows thought and top quality.
Thank you very much Debra!!! I put out a couple more videos in the past couple weeks, one with a big Airstream upgrade and another one on a solar upgrade. Working on another video and will hopefully upload this week. Thanks again for the compliment and for watching! 🙌

I like your design. I'd put clothes on the top drawers for access once bed is extended. Whatever's not needed can stay tucked away. Your bench/bed to one side is great for access to back door, food in drawers, love the hidden long drawer! I'll be traveling with 2 big dogs and this would work well for them! Nothing else I've stared at would work better, so far, honestly. Great job!!
Sure wish we could hear the stereo! The super quiet Teflon drawer runners were the icing on the cake. You thought of everything including that bar! Whoa!

I am preparing myself for the whole vanlife experience!! :)-
I absolutely love this build when I can afford this van I wanna have mine exactly like this except for the fancy solar and power supply only thing I didn't see is the stealth window coverings
Incredible design. Perfect balance of aesthetics, free space and functionality. Drawer system is very clever, especially the long, slide-out drawer in the "garage." If I ever decide to convert similarly-sized van, I'm definitely emulating a few of your ideas.
Congratulations! One of the best conversion van floor plans I have seen on UA-cam, love the storage drawer for fishing, skiing and more. You certainly made use of every available space in the right way. Gracias.
I loved the look of everything, so neat and tidy apart from that wall of black switches above the kitchen surface. The hidden cubby above the fridge was a lovely touch.
Thank you! Yeah it took me a while to figure out how to tie in the fridge with the couch and make it all work...agreed the cubby was a great last minute feature!
This was a freaking amazing build. Very impressive. My first vid I've watched on your channel, and I'm a new sub now. Talk about stealth. If this is your first build, wow.
Thank you so much!!! Yes first full build...I’ve been building drawer systems as a hobby for the past few years and have dabbled in electrical stuff since I was a kid. This was the full deal and excited for the positive feedback! Stay tuned for sure...just picked up a Ram Promaster today and the new build is starting now.😉
@@drawersystems subbed when I heard that. Nice job! How does the suspension do on the 350 with that much weight? My 150 was squatty so I added 990 helper springs, which gave an inch, but I'm not convinced it was the right route.
There was no issue at all with weight. Since this was originally a passenger van, I removed 3 rows of seats which I’m 99% positive weighed more than everything I built and installed. I’m also pretty sure the E350 has a beefier suspension than a 150 or 250. Anyone else know for sure? Either way, no squat and no drive difference once I finished everything up. 😊
@@drawersystems i think you're right on suspension. The bigger stacks looked like they had another leaf. I was too cheap to spring $600 for a new pack though.

I am in the process of moving my life in a new direction with van life as I have been renting my entire life and finally decided to give up my apartment. put all of my belongings in storage and I am now temporarily living in a weekly motel. I am preparing myself for the whole vanlife experience!! :)-
Thank you and good luck on your new direction!
*amazing build great job I love the look of everything*
Thank you!!!!
Gracias.
Gracias tambien!!!
Your voice sounds exactly like Leonardo Dicaprio in Wolf Of Wall Street. If I close my eyes, I actually think it’s him. 😆
Haha, thanks! I guess I need to watch the movie again and see if I can hear it. :)
Yeah pretty damn close to it
I loved the look of everything, so neat and tidy apart from that wall of black switches above the kitchen surface.
Stay tuned for sure...just picked up a Ram Promaster today and the new build is starting now.😉
Promaster with your craftsmanship? Can't.Wait!!! 👍👍
Nicely done and well thought out. Great install ...
Thanks!!!
