I'm in my 2nd year of being on my own, divorced from the narcissist. It has taken me this much time to start feeling in my own again (if that makes any sense). I isolated for the 1st year and became very lonely. Today, I'm okay being alone and I am not beating myself up anymore. Finally feeling peace in my soul and I'm not worried about my future. I spoke to him yesterday.... and each time I do, I'm reminded of how grateful I am that I made the hard move to get out of the situation.

So sad I grew up and had musical talent obliterated by the people who should of nurtured it parents and siblings destroyed me from envy took years to realise how toxic it was. Such a sad world.😢
It is sad but so good to recognize and rebuild from reparenting within ❤
@@CandacevanDellthat's true but these years don't come back. Today's society is very competitive and ageism is all around. You can't just become a recognized singer at 44.

Narcissist simply steal the stage with their award winning acting perfomance, but behind the curtain they are devising tactics to trap empath, i think only an empath can plot a narcissist

No many cluster b do it
Many personality disorders engage in this but narcissistic types will love bomb, devalue then discard

I feel like I’ve been manipulated with this love bombing and yes it feels addictive like a drug to receive the attention because I have rejection trauma and now the person completely ignores me leaving me on read not responding for days
