usually a knee cave comes from weak glutes - working on your accessory glute work will help this. I do a lot of banded warmup exercises to make sure my hips are firing well before I load up any weight. Monster walks, squats with band around the knees, glute bridges stuff like that! You can also squat light with the band around the knees to work on it!
