Warren, I hope some of your customers watch your videos and appreciate the care you take over their repairs. How busy you always are must be a testament to the recognition that you really do a good job for them.
Holy mother of all mechanics - you are by far in the top lead of your trade. I knew you where good Warren with experience from AG- culture - but jumping on and into a bailer like you do, is no joke. Like you said - they didn’t put the parts in correctly and destroyed the thing. You are by far one of the best, a hard working son off a gun with seems to me - greate work ethics that take pride in what you do. Thank you for posting and all the best your way. Blessings from Norway, Helge 👍🤠🇳🇴
If it wasn't for you buddy, us factory dwellers would have no idea about all the broke shit out in the bush and the field, we appreciate the heck out of you
Boy I know what ya mean about sleep problems. It can really affect your day. I didn’t get the Apple Watch. I ended up with the cheaper fit bit. My sleep apnea was pretty bad to. Never getting into a deep sleep or dream state. Afterward I got better sleep. I can never get used to that CPAP though. Still as uncomfortable today as the first time I used it. I was pretty happy the Fitbit showed I got better sleep afterwards.
We haven't worked on those Heston bailers yet. We have had more small bailers for repair than we know what to do with. We haven't finished yet. And with all the other repairs we are working all hours. It's crazy.
Wow Warren that's definitely a big repair job on the balers takes an idiot to destroy in a second or two but takes a genius like you to repair them kudos to you Warren
Nice work, looks tough to crawl in that’s bail chamber. The was an expensive mistake they had on the New Holland. Looking forward for the next video. Keep up the good work
Pretty heavy job for a Saturday, well done. ( our small square balers have a latch that prevents the plunger from going back and damaging the needles during a knotting cycle. Not sure if big square balers have that but may be something to check on the other baler)
Wow Warren, you really get into some shit sometimes! That other bailer looks like maybe it ought to be salvaged out rather than fixed. Great job getting the one ready though. You need a Sunday off. Thanks much for the video.
Lot of moving and no moving parts to wear on the balers, surprised they last as long as they do, thanks for the tag along video young man. Nice to see the puppies chillin while your working along.
Hey Warren sorry I haven’t been able to keep up with the last 5 videos, it’s been a busy summer here in NY. Just finished wheat last week, have some rye to do and oats are coming up, all while trying to bale 2nd cutting and work on equipment for neighbors. I don’t do anything to the scale of your operation fixing equipment but I look up to you and all you do, thank you
Blimey warren you are putting in some hours .you need another warren to help you ..don't wear yourself out . Even the jobs you have to do are not easy repairs. . Hope it work settles down soon 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Balers are the work of the devil .I have had epic mind games with the knotters on some balers in the past. Some balers seem to have weird problems that manifest at certain times.I have had not much to do with the big square balers but been wound up by round balers and the little idiot brick balers. Not anymore though thank f##k.
It takes a special breed of cat to work on that stuff in the field. Crawling in, out and under, climbing, eating dirt and steel/rust dust. Take care of yourself the best way you can.
GahDamn Warren 111.000 sub’s you’ve come a long way in Five Years I’ve known you great stuff! Keep doing what you’re doing. Thanks for all your 🤔😏bitch’n grumbling funny shit & so on oh yeah the learning stuff TO 😂😂 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍/10 THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL
I have a questio n Warren, Don't the dealerships that sell this equipment have winter service programs to inspect and rebuild the balers and swathes I the off season. Then they are ready for the next season ready to.
Hi Warren, when have we all been doing a "let's have a think here" and someone or something is making a distracting racket. 16.30 onwards had me creased laughing. "Get my gun and shoot his ass" absolute classic 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣👍👍👍👍 We've al been there. Keep the brilliant videos and commentary coming. MARK uk
Another Great Video, Warren. The Baler that jumped time looks expensive to fix. We used small balers, but we were told to spin them over by hand after snapping and replacing a shear pin, trip the knotter to make sure everything was good. Our baler guy was in his 60’s back in the late 80’s, early 90’s. I have always been amazed at the knotter system on balers, pretty complicated for something designed in the 60’s or so. Thanks for taking us along on the adventures.
I am wondering if the operator was told to just line up the holes and pop in another shear pin. Not being told to TIME it to the propper holes? do you then blame who directed this person to do so ? Maybe the help was rotated and no further instructions " INCASE " this is how to remedy . Now as a result " call WARREN " . They are money in the bank but so moany at a time .
6 knotters?? Screw that baler, and mismatched twine, naaah! I deal with a 2150, its rough enough dealing with 4 knotters and gotta be done an hour ago crap. o well.
Thanks for the video. Dang you have to be worn out when you get home. I’m a retired farmer and had small balers. Getting in and out of them was very tiring. And hard on the legs and knees. You do great work.
Full respect for your work Warren! unbeleivable to see how customers take care of there equipment.. it becomes all ol peices of shit in a few years.. Only repar it when it fails, never Maintain there shit...
that baler looks factory new. worn rollers worn hay dogs actually still there unheard of my area those get smashed off from rocks downed tree branches neighbors patio furniture from passing tornadoes badgers excavate bowling ball size rocks into the windrow tree branches distort bale chamber so bad tucker fingers no longer move that's why i have farm plan account at deere
Everything inside that bailer looked like it was ready to take your knee cap off, split your head open or take a finger off, don't know about knee pads Warren, maybe a suit of armour would be better 😂😂
Glad you decided not to touch that New Holland until they empty it out. The time it would take you while your so busy. Surprised owner didn't think to get his employees to do it. Rather than pay your rates to do a few hours of Manuel work.
the bolts that your having trouble taking off because your alone and nobody is holding on the other side just weld them to the plate and go under take the nut off ,when you replace do the opposite with new hardware cahange all the bolts and nut and charge them
Warren, you are one of the few mechanics that really fixes and sets up the machine properly - too many mechanics take short cuts and only fix the easy bits!
I am amazed as to how versed and well rounded you are on repairs of so many different kinds of equipment. I sincerely admire your experience and knowledge.
Duke is playing it smart. Find a nice piece of green grass in the shade and take it easy. A lot smarter than I am working in the yard on a triple digit day.
It has to be said, steel filings and iron dust in the eye's and lung's is known to extend ones life by at least eight year's, it's ignorant to wear goggles and a mask and takes so long to achieve. God you go through it and a man of my own thinking
Warren, I hope some of your customers watch your videos and appreciate the care you take over their repairs. How busy you always are must be a testament to the recognition that you really do a good job for them.
One would hope so.

Thanks for the video Warren! I’ve learned a lot from you over the years of watching you. Could not imagine how much I’d learn in person

Patient: Doc, my rear entry hurts
Dr: it will continue to hurt if you keep calling it an entry.
😂😂
Enjoy that cold one Warren , you earned it , thanks for another great video .

I remember wishing I could help Warren sometime. Now that I think about it, I couldn't even hang with Warren.
What can't Warren fix? He is amazing.
Wow Warren that's definitely a big repair job on the balers takes an idiot to destroy in a second or two but takes a genius like you to repair them kudos to you Warren

I know you've been at this a long time. Running a rosebud inside a hay baler would scare the shit out of me!
Well done Warren top job very much appreciated 👍👍👍
master of the obvious.... that's not supposed to be bent like that.
classic warren
Wow Warren, you really get into some shit sometimes! That other bailer looks like maybe it ought to be salvaged out rather than fixed. Great job getting the one ready though. You need a Sunday off. Thanks much for the video.
Another work of excellence out the door/field!
Was that a rooster or crow or something

This doesn't look like a nice piece of kit to have to work on. Thank you Warren, hang in there Sir.
Never saw the inside of a bailer or the mechanics of it. Thanks for the tour.
Thanks for sharing Warren.
Hardest working man on utube he deserves a medal
Warren, great video, good to see inside a big square baler. In my area only small squares for horse people and large round balers.
Thanks Warren. I always wondered what the inside of one of those big bailers looks like. Just like the small square bailers just monster size.
Get you 1 ft by 1 ft 3/4 inch plate and mount to bumper
Interesting seeing how slightly deferent designs work /Thank you for the Video Warren 👍👍
Great skill's grate quality, that bailer must have done a lot of work for hay to wear down steel plates, thanks.
stainless steel too,, much harder than standard mild steel
Make sure you charge those hay guys all your time. Alfalfa prices have been crazy high. They re putting you to work for tax right offs.
Ain’t no farmer making that kind of money… 🙄
Is the nailer worth fixing?

Yes, but no one wants to deal with them because of their lack of knowledge and poor workmanship.
Another big bailer repair from oneloanlyfarmer…😂😂😂..,same repair from a different brand…😅😅😅..job security for sure…🎉🎉..cheers

What type of bird was squawking/making a racket, that Warren threatened to shoot?? Cheers

Whatd’yer mean old ? you’ve got years of suffering to go yet ! Good luck with the other baler.
My mentor said that if you have more work than you can do, you aren't charging enough.
Much respect brother. Keep kicking ass!
I like to use motorcycle dry chain lube on my chains. Won't collect dirt.
Glad you decided not to touch that New Holland until they empty it out. The time it would take you while your so busy. Surprised owner didn't think to get his employees to do it. Rather than pay your rates to do a few hours of Manuel work.
What is that squawking in there with you, a crow of some kind ? can’t tell, sharper than our crows.
Ky Sam still hanging with you my fellow equipment mechanic ..
the bolts that your having trouble taking off because your alone and nobody is holding on the other side just weld them to the plate and go under take the nut off ,when you replace do the opposite with new hardware cahange all the bolts and nut and charge them
